10/10 would recommend! The quality of the item I purchased was great but even better was the customer service. I sent an email for a shipping inquiry after I placed my order and not only did the team reply promptly but they quickly processed my request. I purchased a melamine star as a sauce dish for Christmas and it complemented my appetizer beautifully. I’ll keep coming back to Ace.

Finally found the right replacement for 2 small nylon military flags. They came well packaged in a sturdy tube. I would have liked to order 3 flags but the shipping cost went up with the third. They arrived in good time

After putting in the wrong shipping address I had to email customer service and they were able to change the shipping address before the item shipped. Then there was an issue with the post office and the package was returned to sender. After a couple more emails with customer service they were able to ship the item again to me correctly. Very professional and speedy responses from this company and I would certainly buy from them again.

Great service from this store. Helped us find what we needed. Flag pole ball , this store has everything you need as far as flags and poles and lawn ornaments. Nice that they give military discounts.
