The person who helped me was friendly but when I made a deposit that was not a lot of money, it took almost half an hour because the system would not allow it, it was my personal account and they asked me many questions to which they already had all the information. I have been a customer since 2020I hope that doesn't happen to me again when I deposit money again, that they don't make me wait another half hour and ask me for all the information again.

Always willing to help in anyway they can. Personnel is great and I always feel my best interests are their main concern.

One ATM machine. Have used for over 30 years. At times I have encountered a wait, but usually none. Bank has changed ownership many times from: People Westchester, 1st Union to Wells Fargo. As changes happened the bank has changed its employees and by now none of the original employees are there. Consistent with that the services are now formal, not personal and nowhere as friendly. Even when friendly, only feel official friendly! SAD to see.

The teller was sweet and pleasant , although still Wildly unimpressed.. ran out of the house amidst the snowstorm to grab some essentials, realize I had a check in my car made to cash at Wells Fargo. Due to the nature of the storm and rushing I left the house without my current license. Had numerous other forms of ID, bankcard old license work ID. And they refused to cash my check The check was made out to cash and was merely $50. This whole interaction seemed nonsensical considering they took thumbprint and I can literally do a mobile deposit onlineManager continue to trip over words and suggested I go all the way home and make it back in 10 minutes. I now know why don't bank with them. This lady Would rather me rush home in the snowstorm, great way to treat a customer!

Im am convinced at this point that someone at wells fargo headquarters gets pleasure at me having to reset my account password over and over again. I get constantly locked out of my online account and am forced to reset my password over and over and over again. I went to the bank and was to keep trying the website. Meanwhile, since I could not check my balances, my account became overdrawn by some automatic payments and I got repeatedly slammed with 35 overages fees. Gee,thanks guys!
