I bought a house last year so I moved away from the local garage I used to use. I was worried about not being able to find another honest, dependable garage that I could get to with my work hours for routine maintenance. I was stuck going to a chain business which was open on weekends or having to leave work early and sit and wait for my car. When I had an A/C issue I didn't trust the chain with, I went to the guys at Monnat and Nortz, based on a recommendation from another garage. After a completely positive and professional experience with my A/C diagnosis and repair where they came to get my car from work, did the repair, and brought it back in a timely manner, I decided I'd use them for all my car work. They look out for my inspection date for me, and they are just friendly and professional folks. Absolutely no regrets. So happy they are in Croghan!

I stopped here on my travels to grab some wiper blades. They went above and beyond for me, Pete came out and installed them free of charge. The building was very well kept and organized and the staff was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely bring my car here if I needed any work done as they were very professional and you could tell they took their job very seriously.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I was having some car trouble and these guys came to the rescue. I have never, in all my life, experienced the level of customer service, kindness, or determination they displayed as they went above-and-beyond to solve the problem. They showed professionalism, good humor, kindness, and generosity as they provided assistance. This is the first time in my life I’ve written a business review, but I couldn’t wait to get home and do so. Places, people, and service of this quality are hard to find these days.
