My LG Dryer gave me a code, so I decided to call Mike's service on Saturday. This was my first time calling his service. I left a voicemail about my issue, (personally I didn't think he'd get back to me on a Saturday). He called back an hour later and asked what my dryer issue was, then I explained. Over the telephone Mike told me to try several things (on my own first) and if those repair attempts did not work to call him back and he would come out. I was impressed that he took the time to listen to me and gave me free advice over the phone to fix my problem. I did exactly what he said and it solved my issue. Thank you Mike. I learned something today. Unfortunately, it turns out that I am outside of his service area so he would not have come out to my location but with my one time encounter with his business, I would say that he values his business and customers. Unfortunately I have a snowblower and stove to repair also ....hopefully I find someone as customer centric.

I called him about our refrigerator, not working what a nice guy he asked quite a few questions And from his professional experience told us that the refrigerator is probably just no good, and he was so honest about not coming out and charging us his come out fee very honest, great business.

We reached out to Mike not for appliance repair but installation. Mike works closely with Louie who installed our range hood. I called Mike's Repair in Sept. 2021 when my refrigerator's water & ice dispenser stopped working. Mike came over the next day, found the problem, replaced the broken part and all was fine! SO....I called him this morning because the water dispenser stopped working, although the ice dispenser was fine. Mike diagnosed it over the phone and told me what to do. Other repairpeople might have squeezed a $$-visit out of it, but not Mike. Highly recommend!!
