“I purchased a 7X4 Concession trailer in the spring of 2021. The oven is a Fiamma Rossa Grande, wood fired oven. I had a couple of minor issues with it after it was shipped to me but Jimmy was on it right away. I am very impressed with their customer service and with the oven. We used it for private parties until this past summer when we used it every Saturday at the local farmers market with great success! We now have loyal customers.”

441 Commerce St, Hawthorne“Our co-op referred us to Berger Appliance in August when our in wall AC died in our living room. Berger Appliance had to order the unit but it came within a week and they took out the old one and installed the new one without any issues. Price was on par with any big box store. This October our dishwasher also started to go and to repair quote was basically half the cost of what a new one without the reassurance the new part would 100% fix the issue or how long the fix would last, so we went for a new dishwasher with Berger Appliance. We used the plumber referred to used by Berger's and he took care of uninstalling our old one and installing the new one. Like before everyone was great and we had no issues. Again the price of unit was on par with any big box store and the install via the plumber was exactly what you would pay from someone like Best Buy. Both installs the employees were friendly, polite, and cleaned up after themselves. We would highly recommend Berger Appliance”

3105 E Main St, Mohegan Lake“I first want to thank the gentlemen at the geek squad counter, wonderful, polite not treating us like "tech- nerds'. We have purchased our last three computers here with the tech squad coverage . My computer got hacked, I could not get it to turn off just this annoying voice kept saying " for security my computer was locked. " I called the alleged Microsoft security number that kept flashing on the screen. The man who answered never identified himself as Microsoft, and his questions had nothing to do with my computer. I hung up called again and the same man answered, my husband realized - we'd been hacked. We could not turn off the computer, raced to Best Buy. We had no appointment, they took us anyway. The gentleman had it cleared up and ran the diagnostic to double check the system. He explained to us what to do if it ever happens again. They were very nice. This is why we buy our computers here and have their tech coverage. We then went to look at TV's, the gentleman in this department explained all the different features now available. He told us how to properly measure so the TV fits properly inside the cabinet. The TV in the family room we purchased here and had Best Buy install it, not one problem . My husband has some high end stereo equipment, the installers made it all work perfectly ,no complaints from him. They took their time to show us how to use it and access the different features. Thank you all again!”

“My LG Dryer gave me a code, so I decided to call Mike's service on Saturday. This was my first time calling his service. I left a voicemail about my issue, (personally I didn't think he'd get back to me on a Saturday). He called back an hour later and asked what my dryer issue was, then I explained. Over the telephone Mike told me to try several things (on my own first) and if those repair attempts did not work to call him back and he would come out. I was impressed that he took the time to listen to me and gave me free advice over the phone to fix my problem. I did exactly what he said and it solved my issue. Thank you Mike. I learned something today. Unfortunately, it turns out that I am outside of his service area so he would not have come out to my location but with my one time encounter with his business, I would say that he values his business and customers. Unfortunately I have a snowblower and stove to repair also ....hopefully I find someone as customer centric.”
