Replaced a burnt out ignitor in our GE gas stove. Communication was great! Had the part on hand, so repair was quick and easy. Wonderful experience and gladly recommend to anyone who needs appliance repair!

I wish I could give 6 stars. Their communication, professionalism, customer service, and punctuality are all top shelf!In an age where businesses do not answer their phones, do not call customers back when they claim they will, and service is sketchy, Witty was a nice discovery for me. Going forward, they get all my business.This is a family owned business, and it shows in how they operate. If you need appliance repair, don't waste your time waiting for the other guys to call you back. Call Witty.

Google just asked me how Witty Appliance Service was.Well, they didn't work on my type of Gas dryer.One suggestion would be : if I didn't use the service please do not ask.However, I have always without fail if needed called Gordie. Reliable, friendly, 2 day from phone call service provided with a great job with a very affordable price!
