The staff is amazing there. Michelle runs the place like a professional. First and last face you see, always smiling, but full of knowledge. She is the perfect mentor to anyone that gets to work with her. Morgan is proof of that because she knows her stuff too!The eye exam is smooth and thorough. Dr. Vititow is someone I trust with my eyes and vision.Definitely recommend everyone I know to go here.

I've been wearing glasses for decades and have been to soooo many places... but I've never received better service and quality than here. Michelle is amazing and a true wizard when it comes to fittings, adjustments, and the occasional dreaded but necessary repairs. I highly recommend her and the whole crew at this store!!

I had called to set up an appointment and while I ultimately ended up needing to go somewhere else due to some insurance confusion on my part, Michelle was by far one of the most helpful and kind people I have ever dealt with. I'm actually disappointed that I need to go somewhere else because I would much rather work with Michelle! She was so nice and answered all of my (many) questions, and went the extra mile to clear up my confusion around my insurance. She is a gem!

Michelle, the tech at the Cortland Walmart Vision Center, is a vibrant and obliging professional. Her warm and caring demeanor helped me find frames to fit my very complicated prescription. I would recommend Michelle to anybody who is looking for a honest, sincere vision tech that's willing to go the extra mile. I will definitely go back.

Stopped by while in Walmart to see how long it would take to get an appointment. Michelle said that they could fit me in later that day. She was very pleasant and accommodating, very professional. Dr. Vititow was thorough and found an ongoing problem in my eyes and referred me to a local specialist. Got a new prescription,which came in a week, and was fitted by Ashley, who was so great ; could not have been nicer. What a great bunch of folks working at the Walmart Vision & Glasses center! A wonderful experience all the way around! Thank you!

Best eye exam have ever seen, my daughter had some complicated issues, doctor was thorough, patient, professional and did not rush though as usually happens at other places to get in more customers. ...the ladies out front were so helpful, kind, attentive. ..I wold recommend this vision center to everyone!
