VERY FAIR DEALERSHIP…UPDATE: Ran into issues with Strut mounts. Slight rattling, nothing crazy but needed to be addressed.Superior Auto reached out to their repair shop to schedule a time to come in. They replaced the entire strut on BOTH sides.The dealer paid for 75% of the repairs and I paid the remainder. I was happy with that seeing how the dealer was under no obligation to fix. And both sides were done when only one was required.Thank you Superior Auto!======================My experience here has been a good one.Most communication done via Facebook Messenger, super convenient for me.The vehicle was exactly as advertised, clean, and inspected. I was given the car for a roadtrip without pressure to buy.They were reasonable on pricing, meeting me where I needed to be for the purchase.After the sale they’ve been responsive to questions about the car. Replies within the hour.So far, GREAT experience and I’m super happy with the vehicle. Will update is this changes.

If you get a car from here, you better have it inspected first. Nothing but issues. 14000$ mistake And don't take it to Frank Fix It.

Honestly thought I was gonna finally get a vehicle I wanted/needed for my family and I and actually have someone go above and beyond for u when u have so many things going against u....well normally u would be getting updates and would kno with in a day or two but would hear nothing...call and not get any answers" but im not the one working with u message the page she should get back to u" and when I say I have I get told do it again well she finally got back to me and told me the one bank never got back to her so would I be ok working with a different one I said sure well next day got a call from the bank and she got more information from me told me that she would call me back and now a week later haven't heard anything from the bank or superior... well unfortunately I moved on found something but its not what I want or needed but it's something I can deal with till I can find someone to help me hopefully u treat other better that are in my kind of shoes

GOT RIPPED OFF! Do not buy a car from these two shady people. Bought a 2010 Chevy Equinox on March 18 and it died while my husband was driving to work in Cooperstown on April 7. It lasted less than three weeks and now we're out $8000 and have no car to show for it. They won't pay for it to be fixed either. Car is in Cooperstown at a repair shop but they won't pay. Now we're going to have to go to court...WHAT A NIGHTMARE. Superior Auto...what a joke...Inferior Auto is more like it

AWFUL!! Bought an Equinox on March 18th and on April 7th, the car engine died on my way to Cooperstown to work. Less than 3 weeks and the car is useless. And worse yet, Brittany and Joey say they won't pay to have it fixed. OFF TO COURT! What a hassle! What a ripoff joint.4/23/19 Spent $300 to have my 2010 Equinox with a bad engine towed to Jax Service Center in Cortland. I'm now waiting to hear how you will take care of this car.4/25/19 Is paying half of my now $4520 bill for a used engine your warped idea of 'working with me' ?! I've already spent $8,125 to buy the car, $300 to tow it to Cortland from Cooperstown, and now I have to pay $2,250 to get the car in driveable condition again?I drove this car for less than 3 weeks, was left stranded on the side of the road on my way to work, in a remote location outside of Cooperstown, with no taxi, uber or lyft on a Sunday night, and have been without transportation for over two weeks. I am bleeding money on this piece of garbage, this so called "Superior Auto'
