What can you say? The products are inexpensive and you know you're going to get what you pay for. The staff at this particular Harbor Freight is very polite and willing to assist. When I want tools for my truck this is where I buy them. If I break a tool or leave one on my catwalk and drive off... I just to buy another.. No big deal.

Inexpensive tools are available with a great warranty. Knowledgeable staff and friendly service. This is one of my top 2 favorite Harbor Freight stores. A toss up between Cortland and Auburn.

Update: The store manager helped make it right. I have changed the rating from 1 star to 4 stars. Still frustrated with corporate for not providing enough stock to their stores for sales.
Very disappointed. It doesn't make sense to run a "one day only" sale and not have any of the product on sale actually in the store.
I was told that if I just wanted to drive another 30+ minutes I could find a store that had it in stock.
Such a waste. Really makes me reconsider having an "Inside Track" Membership with this store. Doesn't make sense if I can't use it at the store I shop at.
