They took good care of my pet. However on my visit, the front desk secretary was terribly clinical, unfriendly, nsensitve and rude. she made me uncomfortabl. I say three because although the medical staff was good. A customer does not want to feel uncomfortable with your staff making them feel this way while waiting for an appointmen.

Have always had a good experience here. From the staff to the doctors I wouldn't put my fur babies in anyone else's care

We have been taking our pets for to Cortland Veterinary Hospital for 20 years. Dr. Shing and Dr. Martin are just wonderful, caring doctors. Full of compassion and empathy. They treat our animals as if they were their own beloved pets.

CVH reviewI had a kitty who had a thyroid problem that developed into a cancer…well I took kitty to the vet one Friday cause she was clearly uncomfortable with labored breathing. Well unfortunately the one vet I actually liked there wasn’t in that day so I was stuck with another one. He prescribed two other medicines for my poor cat, that didn’t give her any relief :/We woke up Sunday morning and found poor kitty by her water dish. VERY displeased with how CVH handled this situation. An experienced vet should know when a cat is dying. Then the office gave me such an attitude when I called to tell them this the following day. So that is why I no longer go to Cortland Vet Hospital. Office people were always rude and they never answered the phone when I called, I had to call three times before they’d pick up and put me on hold?so yeah Buh bye CVH
