I made a purchase online and mistakenly made it for in-store pick-up when I live 8 hours away. I emailed them about shipping my purchase to me and said they can charge the card I used for the purchase, but they took care of the shipping cost anyways. Fantastic service!

Really cute gift selections for the home or personal use.. Staff is very helpful. Nice Vera Bradley items and they have great sales. Great children's books, plush toys and more. Always enjoy browsing here.

The shop is not quite what it used to be. The employees are still just as nice & welcoming, but it seems to be more of a touristy-type place than a hometown shop.I really miss the Crabtree & Evelyn product line that Connor’s used to carry!
