They were very polite and had breakfast treats. They got my recall taken care of.
My only concern is it was supposed to take a hour and a half. I was there from 9:30 am to 12:50pm. All workers were very nice. They had tons of cars. Maybe they need more techs to get to cars faster.

Leased a 2025 Kia sportage... ROMELLO was an amazing help, he WORKED with our specific needs, adjusted and reworked the numbers till WE were satisfied and comfortable with the numbers and the deal. Very courteous, professional, and they seriously work with you!
Been leasing since 1998... one of THE best and comfortable experiences.

Always a great experience at this location. Always polite, helpful, and personable. The waiting area is very comfortable with free access to refreshments, and an option for further snacks in the vending machines. There’s a reason I drive an hour one way to go to this specific location. I think that alone speaks volumes about the quality of service.

Service was fine for oil change and recall but also came in for a NYS inspection and failed because of my wiper blades would love to know whose idea it is to scam people on this. In all my years driving I have never heard of actually failing a car on this. Are you kidding me the car has 11,000 mileson it how bad could they have been. 48.00 dollars later I pass.will find another service next time.

My daughter purchased a Kia from south shore Kia and had a wonderful experience. Showroom was beautiful, salesmen were friendly, entire experience was pleasurable. We are very happy with them and would do business again in the future.

We had a great experience at South Shore Kia. Bailey was of great help. She took time to explain about car features, was very patient throughout process and most importantly never pushed us to anything, gave us all the time we needed to make decision. All the experience was really positive and pleasant, made us feel that we made right decision to travel for 3 hours to South Shore Kia. They offered great pricing and discounts to make the deal even more sweeter.

Brandon in the service department was awesome! I appreciate his knowledge and attentiveness. Only reason for the 4 star is the fact that calling the service dept it's hard to get someone.

I had nothing but a positive experience with SSK. Elvis, my salesman was helpful, not pushy. I took my time test driving and never felt like they were pushing me to decide. Any questions I had, Elvis made sure to find someone who could answer it if he didn’t know. All in all it was just a good experience. After buying cars at other dealers, this was definitely an outside the box experience.
