Unfortunately, this is the second time a terrible job was done and now I was charged $114 for a $38 car wash! No one will answer the phone. I cannot get back to the location until the end of the week.

I WAS ALRIGHT WITH THE WASHES….Only one lane so if there was someone ahead of you that was having full service you had to wait till their car was done before getting attended . We have relocated to another state and CANNOT get White Glove to stop taking payments…… no one answers the phone…….. not happy!!!!

Bad business all around I purchased a monthly subscription and every time that I’ve been there during the month of August they were closed which is a damn shame because I never got my car clean once and now we in September and I can’t seem to be able to cancel the subscription I’m gonna have to go and cancel my bank card in order to cancel them out

This place is a SCAM. Bought a monthly plan with them over 2 years ago and cancelled services. Every Month I have to call my credit card company and dispute their charges bc this business won't stop charging the card. Dont give them your card number, they will not stop charging you and will hope you forget and don't dispute charges. If you go in person to cancel their is no one to speak to and the workers will give you an email address to cancel but no one will ever reply to you. Save yourself the headache, money and trash car wash.Service: Auto detailing

Took my cousin here to get his car washed and detailed and it was AWFUL. I would share pictures but the car looks EMBARRASSING. Terrible job. Definitely not coming here again. If you’re reading this and thinking about getting your car washed here, don’t. Go somewhere else or just let your car stay dirty.Service: Auto detailing

Worst place ever. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. The job they do is terrible, had to wash my car again once I got home and do all the windows again since they didn't use and window cleaner on them, the rags they use are worse than a homeless person underwear, didn't clean the rims, rubber mats weren't even dried properly, they did shine the tires tho so 1 star for them. Wish I could give negative stars.

They have been charging my card monthly and I’ve been calling and emailing them several several time!!! They have not been returning my calls or email. I haven’t used this place in months! They are basically scamming me!!Now I have to call my bank and report them and get a new card !!! Just freaking ridiculous smh don’t give them your information

SCAMMERS! Do NOT use a Groupon for them. Because I just realized I haven’t had my car washed since June and have gotten monthly charged since without my knowledge. Now I had to call my bank, dispute it all, and have to wait 7-10 for a new card and I have 2 little boys, I’m a single mom, and have both their bdays and Christmas, so thank you WHITE GLOVE CAR SPA for your SCAM! The workers are great, the owners are obviously scam artists. Absolutely disgusting. There’s a million car washes, avoid this one.Service: Auto detailing

They do a pretty good job on your car that is not my issue. My issue is their Groupon SCAM. I purchased a Groupon for a car wash. They they run your credit card for 0.1 cent when you go there and explain nothing to you. The following month I get billed for $38 dollars. So I go there and apparently I’mEnrolled in a monthly car wash now in every wanted.It took FOREVER to explain to two guys I do not want this. They supposedly un enrolled me and now in September I got charged AGAIN. Now I have to dispute with bank. Pain in the A***

I've made two bad reviews at this point and although I got 1 out of 2 car wash months refunded, they still keep on charging my card for a service that I thought was cancelled! Another month goes by and I get charged twice what the hell is this!Services: Auto interior vacuuming

I have been calling to cancel my subscription for months. No call back and I can’t seem to stop them from taking money from my CC every month. I don’t even live near there anymore. Even my CC company is having trouble stopping them. I’d happily remove this review if you guys would just stop stealing my money every month.
