We purchased a bunkie board and had the pleasure of meeting Francis. We were so impressed by his professionalism and his welcoming spirit we left completely satisfied.
We ended up returning a few hours later and purchased two mattresses. Francis is a gentleman and not pushy or invasive and respectful. His customer service exceeded my expectations and he kept my budget with its range. I purchased two mattresses of outstanding quality that I thought I couldn’t afford. I highly recommend Francis and this location!!!

I had a wonderful experience at this Mattress Firm! I loved that Miah sold me what I needed and was not a typical “pushy salesman” trying to get me to upgrade. I was only purchasing a frame for my daughter, now I am definitely going back to Mattress Firm and asking for Miah when it’s time to upgrade my bed. Hardest part will be getting my husband to pick one, not getting a salesperson to listen. Thanks Miah!

Great Customer Service! I had the pleasure of having Miah help me and my teen son choose a mattress for his bed. She was very knowledgeable and was attentive to what our concerns were in our purchase. I then asked for a minute to decide on my purchase and she gave us the space. That was much appreciated. Highly recommend!
