I want to say Shaquanna is one of the nicest pharmacy techs I have ever dealt with. She was understanding, and worked promptly to try to get my script filled. I have to say she is awesome. I am posting here because I could not find Gary Londa (pharmacy manager's) contact info to give her a RAVING review. In a world like today, sometimes you just need someone to be compassionate and understanding and that is what Shaquanna showed to me today <3

pharmacy tech Kiara was professional courteous and a pleasure to deal with over the phone and gets 5 stars... walgreens app/website sucks and albany shaker rd has so many issues. not the first time having to come here to resolve an issue

Terrible pharmacy. I had a prescription labeled urgent. Went in a few days later so they had plenty of time and still had to wait over 30 min while other customers came and went. Negligent.

Pharmacy is terrible I called yesterday to see if I could get a different medicine that insurance would cover the girl NEVER did it so I called again today and a nicer lady actually did it and told me I could pick it up today in a few but the lady who picked up the phone yesterday I will be calling and COMPLAINING!!!

This store is unbelievable. I am on many medications, including insulin.I have part D Medicare, but It seems like every time I go to pick up a scrip, they charge a different price or don’t even have the meds in the quantities I was prescribed. Today the woman at the window tried to charge my full copay for a 10 day supply of only 1 box of Lantus pens. Fortunately my wife was with me(who hates the way this store operates)and spoke up. The woman at the window went “back to check” the price only after my wife protested and told her she was incorrect. She came back with another full box and 2 more pens, the actual 30 day amount, for the SAME copay. Interesting….This whole incident makes me wonder how long this fraudulent activity has been going on, and what they would have done/ have done before with the rest of my prescription. I will be reporting this store, and going elsewhere.

Needed a rapid Covid test for travel and the results were not provided within 2 hours. I called to follow up on the results and the employee in the pharmacy was not into customer service at all. It’s almost 3 hours later and I still have not received my results.

The 2 gentlemen that were working today were very rude. I was putting money on a card u do this every single month. I went to cashier he told me nope cant do it didnt even try .the manager Shawn was called up front asking why I have attitude I said can we at least try it and he said sure so it worked when we tried. I apologized for getting mad and I was ignored when I walked out both gentlemen are very rude . Will never go back to this store

They should fire the heavy girl that works in the pharmacy she’s the biggest b***h I have ever encountered in my life. She’s always rude every time I see her there and after this last visit I will be changing pharmacys.

I had an appointment at 8pm today for COVID vaccine for my son. We got there 15 mins before the time and was told that they don’t have a dose for him. The woman who was at the pharmacy counter was so rude, she said she tried to call me but it was 2 mins before we got there. No apology at all.

Pharmacy staff is awesome very helpful couple pharmacists they had were rude but there not there anymore store always clean and the staff is always pleasent i will never change
