I am always satisfied with price of the work that has been done to my vehicle..I am always treated properly when I come in..The guy that works in the service department is honest..very efficient..a hard worker..gets me in and out..The guy that cash me out knows his customers by name..it's a business that makes you feel like you're not just a number that's being called..when you come in..

Whenever something is wrong with my car they have no problems servicing my car, I don’t really have anything negative to say about this company. I needed a car and they definitely came through for me I’m forever grateful for this company. They do need to work on some of there employees customer service, besides that they always look out for me and my car whenever I call them.

I bought from these guys twice. First time I bought a 2014 Dodge van I absolutely love the van the service department was great. They always text everything when it needed to be fixed and now I had gotten rear ended and the insurance company told me that the frame on the van was not great so the accident broke the frame the rest of the way car was totaled out, I went back to them and bought a Dodge journey. The second time absolutely loved the Dodge journey. It was amazing. I had a lot of room in the car but there was a lot of different problems with the car and I ended up getting in an accident. That was not my fault with that. Also, I got T-boned in the side with 2 of my young children in the car I was allowed to drive this car away from the scene of the accident in the state that it was in in this car should have never left the scene of the accident on anything but a tow truck once evaluated the car they determined it was a complete loss totaled it out. Besides the accidents which are freak accidents, which is not their fault. Customer service completely sucked They were always rude but besides I’m being rude I was always happy with the car that I purchased from them and the service department was so willing to fix everything as quickly as they possibly could get me in….. three stars because service department was great but customer service absolutely sucked super rude and unfriendly and not kind to the customers at all I went in with a good chunk of money to put down on a car, and my payments were still super high no one should have to pay 700$ a month for a car payment on top of my 600$ a month car insurance with the deductible they expect you to carry …I pay 306 for the car I have now threw credit acceptance and am happy with my payment…. Just not happy with my 600$ a month insurance but that’s not there fault….

This place is a complete scam; go elsewhere. I'm extremely happy Goldstein Auto took over and I'm even more happy staff got canned and had to find new jobs lmao karma sucks epstein eggs for sure. They take a loan out in your name and make you pay for it on top of the agreement you make with Byrider themselves when the loan is finally paid off. Very unprofessional; I was in between jobs applying with them and I was made to feel broke holding paystubs in my hand. They have school kids working on their vehicles and any repair is temporary because within a week of getting your vehicle back the parts will malfunction again. When you're in a financial bind they actually expect you to hound your social circles for money instead of being understanding and having a more effective option for you available. I lost my vehicle in a hit and run ultimately totaling my car and instead of making sure I was ok vice versa; they took my $8,200 insurance check and left me in the dust. Again, karma's cruel and I'm happy this place got the boot hopefully for good. Any other buy here pay here is 10x more accommodating so please go elsewhere with this type of business

Harold in Service Department has been extremely helpful and kind when interacting with him. The two guys in the office one for “finance” the other is the “General Manger” Chris, both of these “men” are unprofessional and rude. They treat customers horribly and have no type of consideration for the people who have bought vehicles from this place. They laugh and make jokes over the phone, hang up on you and just will straight up ignore your phone calls. I’d say I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone but they are already out of business

. They are a joke they sold me a car with a broken subframe.They told me it wasn't cover .The thing of is that they inspected.Or did they?Just saying be careful if you do buy one from there bring right to another shop and have them look it over. They should be called jb buy or beware.

Had my car about 16 months not going to lie interest rates are high and every other week payments are tuff needed a alternator brang it in for service under warranty had it done that day plus fixed the stutter it had and new battery 5 stars on service department finance and sales departments terrible not friendly misleading and pretty much your sketchy average car sales person this is a last resort place if you're looking for a vehicle and can't get approved anywhere else just make sure you're making good money cause payments and insurance is going to run you at least a grand a month with the 2 to 3 payments a month

Just wanted to say that I love this place. When no one would give me an opportunity to finance a car, JD Byrider did so and I’m loving my 2013 Chevy Equinox. They are very patient and very attentive, it’s sad that they’re closing and going out of business. Many good people at this establishment
