The selection at the store is incredible, and what is even more incredible is the Customer Service; every employee I have encountered, including the store manager have gone way out of their way to help me out and offer me honest advice and just be generally awesome people to deal with… This is something that’s so rare in retail these days, especially with a large company like cycle gear. These guys are just awesome and if you didn’t already know, they change tires for $65 apiece, and only $35 apiece if you buy the tires through them!! Thank you Chad and team for your honesty and exemplary customer care.

Bought battery for my Harley. They had it in stock. Had it sitting on counter when I showed up. And had it at what I would consider a reasonable price!!!

The staff is super friendly and helpful. They make buying all my gear very easy. They even installed my comm set-ups into helmets that I didn't buy from them.

John the manager really came through for me. Sometimes you just can’t buy things online. He took the time to explain cold weather gloves and suggested an alternative pair I wasn’t even aware of!!

If your a man than than you’ll have some good luck finding some good gear. They have a pretty good selection for men’s safety gear. They have an ok selection for helmets too. Not a ton to choose from though if you like designed helmets.
If your a woman there isn’t much to choose from, but seems to be the case in any gear store. Staff are nice and helpful. They have a small riding boot selection too.

Team is always great about finding what you need and making recommendations. If they don’t have it they’ll order it or give you alternatives. The floor staff is fantastic. You may have to wait for someone to free up but that’s because they provide excellent customer service to everyone who walks in the door. A little patience and you’ll have the same engaging 1:1 experience.

Owen was fantastic in helping us find gear. Nice selection of both men’s and women’s gear which was nice to see. Pricing was competitive and I was very excited know they are attached to RevZilla, since I that’s where I’ve gotten my gear for very long time.
