“I went to the East Greenbush Home Depot with my Dad to find special hinges for a kitchen cabinet. He was treated so kindly by EVERY ASSOCIATE!! The first person we asked for help was honest and said he didn't know how to help but pointed us to the pro shop. At the pro shop desk we met Michael who listened and patiently searched online for what my Dad was looking for. When he exhausted all his options he directed us to Tim the Hardware Manager. Michael also thanked my Dad for his service - he proudly wears his Army flight jacket and for someone to recognize that meant the world to me.
