Rude. I called requesting to have an estimate given to me prior to a tow service after being recommended to use this company by my mechanic. The person who answered the phone didn’t want to give an estimate, was rude over the phone, and very blatantly hung-up on me. It’s getting harder and harder to find businesses who value their customers and customer service the way that they used to.
