I had a formal dress dry cleaned. It had a pin sewn onto it. Instructions said to cover the pin for dry cleaning. I pointed this out when I brought the dress in. The clerk acknowledged and said she would. I also mentioned a spot. When I picked it up, I paid for the dry cleaning. I asked about the spot and was told it came out. I went out to the car and looked at the dress and realize the pin was a completely different pin than I came in with. I went back in and asked. I was then told that the stones came out of the pin and so she replaced it. Although I'm not thrilled that the pin fell apart, I realize that may not be the fault of the business. What upset me was not being told up front about what happened. Even better would have been to notify me via my phone number which they had.

Tried other services in the past, nothing compares to "Superior Cleaners" for special care of your clothes, even with the way your clothes are hung!

SOHEE, I am terribly sorry to do this. I thought you closed at 4 pm, but you close at 3. You have my suits and I start trial Monday morning at 9 am in Syracuse. I have been a customer of Superior Cleaner for more than 20 years. I have always found them to be very friendly, thorough and professional in their work. In a couple of instances, they found a problem with some piece of clothing that I dropped off and were very quick to phone me. They have also done some difficult alterations for me that turned out great and were reasonably priced.

My husband dropped off a white dress shirt to be cleaned and have a button replaced. When I went in to pick it up, they tried to give me a plaid LL Bean shirt. CLEARLY not my husband's shirt. I explained what the item was, and that it had needed a button replaced, THEN she remembered the shirt. She said they would look for it and call me. About 20 minutes later, I got the call that they found the shirt. When I went back to pick it up, not only did they charge me, there was little to no apology. It gets better... Husband goes to put on the shirt for work and guess what? NO button replaced and it hadn't even been cleaned. All they did was press it. Zero stars if I could.

The cleaner is centrally located in Clifton Park, they do a great job dry cleaning my clothing and they are friendly and attentive. They gave me two packages masks as gifts. I think their dry cleaning prices are a bit on the high side, but their service is impeccable

I had a leather couch cover that our cats had been spraying on. It was a mess and my last ditch effort to save it was to bring it to the dry cleaners. They were honest up front that it would be difficult and my expectations were low. I am so happy with how well it turned out. They did a great job with this nasty cover. I am very grateful they took it on and saved my couch!

They got a red wine stain out of my $400 white sweater. Only wore it once. They said they might not be able to get the stain out but they did! Thank you.

I've been coming here for many years and always have a great experience. They are able to get things done quickly if needed, which is super helpful when you're in a pinch. Reasonable prices. Always great service. They're the best around.
