Amazing customer service they know me by name. IThey dry clean, do tailoring, they even rebuilt a very valuable and rare tie that I have had for over 20 years waited 3 months but they wanted to make sure they could get the right material to get it done right. Also if I have an emergency and need it faster they accommodate tailoring alterations, and weekly maintenance on my wardrobe. Top Notch!!!Service: Alterations

I’ve been to this store several times and learned of it through a family member to get white comforters cleaned, jackets, dresses, you named it! I have never had a bad experience. They are quick, professional and offer fair pricing on their services. The owner is very kind and has a light energy. I’ve never written reviews before but figured I needed to because their lower rating certainly does not reflect their superb service. While it’s not fancy schmancy, it certainly leaves me happy every time.

The first time I went there, I saw a nice gentleman, the owner. I had a pair of pants hemmed, no problem. Then last week I brought in a gown to be hemmed. I asked how much, he said $35 because there were two layers. I said I thought that it was a little high, but OK. He was still nice. He said it should not be cleaned because there were sparkles on it. I said fine because I had it cleaned after I wore it. He neglected to put a price on the ticket he gave me. When I went back to get the dress, there was a really nasty woman there. She said the bill was $59. I said why? That I was told it was $35. She said they never give a price till the work is done. She said $49 for the hem and $10 for pressing. Now that is not true, because they gave me a price to hem my pants and that was what they charged. I said I was told $35 and that the dress would not be cleaned so why charge for pressing? She said that was what the tailor charged. That made no sense to me. I said I would not have left the dress had I known that was the price, the dress only cost me $35.00 I asked when the gentleman was coming back, she snapped that she didn't know, took the dress and said "YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT FOR IT". I needed the dress this weekend. I said I'd pay for it, but I was not coming back. She took off the $10 (it was a very sheer material that doesn't wrinkle, so I doubt it was pressed. I also advised her I'd be posting a review. She said they never got a bad review, I said there is always a first time. I paid the $49, but would not recommend having to deal with this place.

I've been going here for years, and had nothing but a great experience. The owner and staff are always friendly. Service is quick and affordable. My kids want to go every weekend, but that's probably got something to do with the bowl of lollipops. 5 stars!

This is a horrible place with the worse customer service ever. I Tried to drop off my dress and the owner proceeded to call my dress garbage. These people are from India and do not know about proper customer service or how to talk to American customers. After I told him his comment was not nice and that I did not appreciate him calling my garment garbage he defended his comment instead of appogizing. Worst thing is even the son defended his fathers use of word garbage. All he had to say is that he could not dry clean the dress. I told them here in america you can not yell at people and use language like that toward a customer. The son took it a step further and told me to get the hell out of there store. These people need to go back to the country they came from if they are going to treat good Americans this way. If you go to this place be prepared to be verbally abused .

My experience with this place is much different from the previous two reviews. However, I have only had dress suits and formal overcoats dry cleaned so perhaps they are better at some things than others. I have found their customer service to be excellent. Whether it is the owner or one of their younger employees, I have always been treated with respect. In fact, I once asked the owner about how the process worked and he invited me back to wander around and he gave me a tour of the place! Their service was fast, my clothes always came back clean, and I thought that their prices were reasonable. Getting into and out of the tiny plaza during rush hour isn't always easy, but beyond that I have no complaints.

I called them to find out if they have any 24 hr service for coats and how much it will be. The guy was extremely rude and said, "listen, do you want everything on phone? You bring in the item and I will answer you then."

If you want your stuff ruined please by all means come here! I brought in a quilt to be dry cleaned and they ruined it. When I came to pick it up a week later.......??? Weird cause they didn't send it out somewhere they cleaned it on premises. Anyways....so when the guy gave it to me it was all wrinkly and had a funny smell and the inside filling was lumpy. I complained and he kept it another week and he said he could fix it.... A week later still the same! I had to get rid of the 100 dollar quilt that was less than a year old. I will never ever go back to that dirty dump again!
