Very disappointed! I drove an hour to come see a 2019 Ram Cummins that Nick had for sale. I checked the truck out and there were major issues with the motor. I told Nick and he said he would send it to the dealer and get it fixed. A week went by. He called me up and said he just got the truck back from the dealer; everything is fixed that I wanted fixed. I drove an hour back up to look at the truck again and open the hood. Nothing was fixed. He tried to pull a fast one on me, but luckily I have a mechanic background. He wasted a bunch of my time, and I feel he shouldn’t be in business. If anyone’s looking at this 2019 Ram Cummins just note that the grid heater bolt is broke, and the motor will blow up if not fixed.

I recently just bought a 2016 F-150 Lariat from Nicky V's. Prior to purchasing the truck, Ethan did a full walk through of it over the phone. Ethan and Nick were extremely responsive in regards to the condition and history of the truck. I was not able to see it in person for over a week and they held it until I could get up there. Overall one of the easiest and smoothest car buying experiences I have had and a huge shoutout to Ethan who worked with me the entire time!

My purchase was of a set of tires for my Ford pick up truck. The staff went above and beyond by using a tread depth gauge for an objective measurement of treadwear. I wish I was in the market for a vehicle because they’ve got a tremendous selection of the things that you’d want to be seen driving. Personable, accommodating, and honest are keywords that I think of from this experience. For some reason I had included an extra $100 in the cash I left for the tires. The owner came out and flagged me before I left, pointing out that I had overpaid. Who does that today?! Especially in the world of used car dealers who suffer a bad reputation. It’s a stereotype that does not fit Nikky V’s Auto.

I went to this dealer about 10 months ago and when I went I thought everything was hunky dory, when I purchased the truck from this dealer the check engine light popped on 5 minutes after I left the dealer. Called him up and he fixed it no big deal. I had my father code read the truck prior because Nicky requested me to code read it prior to bringing it back to his shop. 15 different codes had popped up on this truck. I brought my truck back to him to fix the check engine. We also noticed in this time frame that the axles both left and right front side were busted open and basically about to break and explained to him about the issue and had to argue with him about fixing this because it shouldn’t have even passed inspection like this. I have had the check engine light pop on 4 times since owning this truck for less then a year. There has been so many issues with this truck within 10 months, the list just goes on. I understand it’s a used truck but I shouldn’t have to deal and fix this truck so much when owning it less then a year. You can tell no work was done to this truck. I am absolutely infuriated and I’m not one to make these kids of reviews but I’ve had enough.

Nicky V's Auto SalesNicky V's is a Great place to buy from. I got my 2013 Ford F150 Super Cab STX from him last October 31, 2020 so next month it will be 1 year and me and my Coyote is still going strong. I call it Coyote because I have a 5.0L V8 in my truck. And have Coyotes head and decal on the F150. I even put on a Coyote horn. I love my truck thanks to Nick.

I recently bought a truck from Nicky V's and that was the nicest sales experience I have had.I was looking for a very specific vehicle and found it at Nick's place- since it was more than 3 hours away, we did the whole deal over the phone. I had to rely on his honest assessment, and I could not be happier with the deal I got!When I picked the vehicle up and we finally met, I felt like I was buying a truck from one of my fishing buddies- Nick is as down to earth and easy to work with in person as he was long distance. The financing, plates, everything was very smooth and ready when I walked in.I give Nick & his dealership the highest rating for customer service.
