I purchased a new Fridgidaire French door refridgerator in mid-September 2024 from the Clifton Park store location. The sales associate, Robert Gombel, was great to work with and not at all "pushy" but patient with all my questions, listened to my specific goals and found me the best fridge and price to meet my needs! The delivery occurred on 9/30/24 and the delivery team (Anatolli, Raj, and Shawn) were extremely efficient, left NO mess, and did a great job navigating the new fridge through narrow doorways. I was very satisfied and recommend Earl B Feiden for appliance purchases.

I have ordered many appliances from Feidens, and I have been very happy! Roger and Pedro delivered my newest refrigerator in Saratoga, and they did a great job! The water line had no shutoff valve, so they shut off the water for the house, installed the fridge, and started it all up again - no problems! Thank you, Roger and Pedro!!

We ordered a new washer and Dryer from Earl B Feiden. The Delivery and set up by " Truck#5 - Cade,Luis and Angel was Exceptional. They were very accommodating to all requests. They had everything installed and up and running in no time with no issues.

10/30/2024 UPDATE - Replacement dryer arrived today. On time and installed by 3 pros; Cade, Luis, and Angel. Quick, professional, and respectful of our home.
10/23/2024 - Recently purchased a new electric dryer to replace a 12-year-old dryer that rolled over and died. When the dryer arrived and the crew set it up it made a banging noise. They checked it out and called for service right away. Derick from service showed up the next day and dug into the dryer to locate the issue. Turns out there was a defect from the factory so they set it up to have it replaced. In the meantime, we had lost confidence in that particular model so we asked if we could pick out something else and we would pay the difference. They agreed to that, which was very nice of them. Getting back to Derick the technician, he was professional and knowledgeable and quickly located the problem, never making any excuses. This was our third or fourth purchase from Earl B. Feiden and we've always been very happy with them. You just can't get this high level of customer service from the big box stores.

After a horrible experience with another company , we went with Earl B. Fieden.(which we should have done initially). Purchasing and communication were easy. The team that came to Deliver and install our washer/dryer from truck 4, Cade,Luis, and Angel did a great job and were very polite and professional. Would absolutely recommend for any appliance purchase and install.

delivery of our new refrigerator has sold us on doing business with Fieden.The team of Roger and Trevon on truck 3 explained all the features of the new appliance, made sure to clean after the delivery,and were careful not to cause any damage.

Derrick came to our home to diagnose our dishwasher (which was purchased in 2015). He was in good communication with me to let me know his arrival time, respectful, kind, and worked hard to try and repair it. He also explained my options in terms of repairing it or purchasing a new dishwasher. I appreciate Derrick's hard work!

I would highly recommend Earl B. Feiden! This was my first time purchasing an appliance there. It was a MUCH better experience than going with one of the big-box stores. Mike at the Clifton Park location, did a great job helping me choose a new refrigerator with a freezer on the bottom, which I LOVE! Joe and Ivan (Truck 4) did an excellent job with the delivery. It was a tight fit through the doorways with an awkward turn and 3 steps up into my kitchen. They made it look easy and were careful not to bang up the walls! They were very kind and made the whole experience a positive one! I will only get my appliances from Earl B. Feiden in the future!

In June of 2019 we purchased 4 new appliances from a large corporation store. We have since had to replace 3 out of them.
We replaced number 3 with you guys yesterday. The difference between working with a local company verse a large corporation is huge. You guys welcomed us in. Kim walked us through all of the different dishwashers, she was very kind and helpful. We hit a few bumps and had to call the shop today as my husband was installing the new one. Bob was so helpful and made things happen quickly. Thank you Kim, Bob as well as the Latham shop for delivering. I am looking forward to clean dishes as well as working with you all going forward.
