Trees and shrubs are bar none best in the area, convenience of the drive through pick up experience combined with the best prices on mulch in the area, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable staff, and clean stylish greenhouse and store makes Bison Nursery hands down the best in class.

Bison nursery is the absolute best nursery in town with amazing prices on mulch and the most beautiful shrubs and plants.. the flowers and shrubs are healthy and gorgeous. The shop has stylish planters at affordable prices and the staff is so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Bison Nursery is hands down the best nursery in Buffalo! As a first timer to gardening, the staff is super knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns! The prices are THE best in town and the selection they have is beautiful! (And I know because I compared everywhere before I came!) I was able to snag this gorgeous Purple Sand Cherry, and will be back for more tomorrow as they have a large selection of shrubbery, hydrangeas and trees that I have been eyeing for more spots around my home! They even have some pottery and annuals in the greenhouse that I'm excited to get for extra pops of color! Will be making this my favorite stop all summer long and recommending to all my friends and family!

Their plants/flowers are beautiful and well taken care of. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The second I walked in I was greeted with their expansive selection of plants, trees, and landscaping material. The staffs expertise was evident as they guided me through the process of selecting the perfect plants for my garden. Not only did they help me choose the type that would thrive in my specific climate and soil conditions, but they also offered valuable tips on care and maintenance, ensuring the longevity of my investment. I wholeheartedly recommend paying them a visit! You won’t be disappointed

Bison nursery is the best and most respectable landscaping Nursery in all of WNY. Their product is much more superior and cost effective compared to Woodstream and other landscape nurseries. They were very respectful and accommodating compared to our experience with woodstream’s staff. I highly recommend Bison to everyone!!

I spent well over $3500 in trees and bushes over the past 2yrs. Purchased 6 maple trees, 3 mulberry trees and 9 juniper trees. Bought 6 maple trees less then 2yrs ago and 3 are dead. I called all summer trying to speak with someone. Was not looking for free trees but at least a returning customer discount. NO one would call me back. The girl every time took my information and promised me a return call from the person in charge. When you spend that kind of money, they should have the decency to return a call.

They are a little over priced but we usually go here every spring and summer as they are close to home but finding a new nursery after May 17th experience. We picked out a few plants/flowers and wanted to replace our big lavender bushes as the snow caused too much weight on the top and crushed all the branches. I ask the lady at checkout if I can bring them back to life because the snow killed them. She begins to laugh in my face and say "I never heard of snow killing a plant, that's a good one". So I try to tell her the snow was too heavy and all the branches snapped. She just smirks and goes "okay" like I'm lying. Meanwhile didn't want a refund, didn't want a discount, just asking for advice. I leave it alone as I start to get agitated and then she continues to make smart comments to other employees and customers, saying "first time hearing this one". Let me just say this is the last time I spend money at this place and excuse my language but that lady working the counter on May 17th 2021 at 330pm, is an ignorant, know-it-all B!!!!! Spend your money with companies that appreciate your business and loyalty.

These guys are awesome !!!! Friendly as it gets...always a smile....great advice.....they did a fabulous job at my daughters in clarence creating a berm and planting six 6 ft blue spruce....doesn't get any more professionally done....all the plants I bought look great. and tall and short grasses did great.....just wish I discovered these guys before I went elsewhere for my sons gardens in elma.......I will be using Bison only from now on no matter how far I gotta go for my sons house !
