Mike in the parts department is a class act and absolute professional. His assistance is what will keep me constantly coming back to Burdick Toyota. His presence is proof this fine establishment cares about customer service. I am extremely grateful for his kindness and care!

Late in doing review. Took my wife's Toyota Camry in to fix ABS light on at 108,000. Fixed. Cost near $1200.00. 4 months later, light on again. Decided to try local repair because Burdick so far away. This guy did $500.00 worth of wheel bearing work. Drove away, ABS light on again. I know that if I bring it to Burdick it will be another $1200.00. Also, Toyota never mentioned doing a 90,000 or 100,000 service for vehicle. So now I am looking for another Toyota dealer that will probably be even farther away, but maybe they will give me a fair deal.

My experience with Burdick Toyota has generally been a great one. We have purchased our last 3 or 4 cars from Burdick and over the past couple service visits have had issue with 1 particular service coordinator Joe Sweet.
My wife has had issue in the past with Joe when she would schedule a service a month or so in advance and when she takes time off work and shows up he will say the service is too “tedious” that she has to come back another day. When she took time out of her day AGAIN to get the work done she was told by the lady who signed her in that the work is super quick and doesn’t take long at all. That happened a couple months ago.
This brings up our most recent issue. Yesterday my Wife had a scheduled appointment to get our second key which we had been waiting’s months for. When she went in she waited and Joe came back out to her and said their programming machine is down and he couldn’t do it that day. He said he will see if it was back up on Saturday and if it was she could go back in sometime NEXT WEEK! she would have to take more time off work to get this taken care of. When she got home I immediately called to see if I could clarify with Joe what was going on and he had already left for the day. To me it feels that every time she goes in to get service and Joe is the coordinator that if the work, that was already scheduled, is an inconvenience to him that he tells my wife to come in another day.
With that being said the service manager Abby was great she resolved our issue and was professional. Also the customer service person named Babs was exceptional at making me feel heard and my concerns were actually taken seriously. My wife and I going forward will refuse to work with Joe Sweet in the future and if that means going to a different dealership then so be it.

Courtney took exceptional care of our needs . We ended up with a beautiful new 2024 Hybrid Toyota Venza. We were very pleased with the transition from start to finish.

I recently bought my second car from Burdick Toyota at the Cicero Drivers Village, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From start to finish, the process was smooth, and my salesmen Mark was so kind, professional, and attentive to my needs. I appreciate how stress-free & easy they made the entire process. They were great with answering my questions, guiding me through financing options & ensuring I found the perfect car for my particular needs. When picking up the car, they taught me how to link my phone to the car & showed me all of the features. I have called them a few times since taking the car home to ask questions regarding the new car technology & how to use it & they have been SO helpful in teaching me how to use all of the wonderful features the 2024 Rav 4 Hybrid Woodland has! I'm totally loving this Toyota!!! It's so comfortable and the safety features are top notch, which is my highest priority & why I go with the Toyota brand in the 1st place. Great on gas, drives great & is super comfortable to drive! Being that Im a snow belt commuter, I'm loving the heated steering wheel and heated seats! Also, this is my 1st vehicle with side view mirror defrosters & I'm SO relieved to have this safety feature!!! I also have 1 large dog & 1 medium sized dog & they both fit comfortably in the hatch!
If you're in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend checking out Burdick Toyota. The team there truly goes above and beyond & it made me so happy that I had to share these experiences to Google.

I bought a used 2008 Prius from another dealer, last year. This year I got the dreaded hybrid battery fail. After researching on the internet, I called Burdick. Their price for a new OEM Hybrid battery was about the same as a refurbished battery from some of the online stores.
I went with Burdick because they could replace the battery the quickest. They not only got me a new OEM battery, but they gave me the upgraded battery as well.
I am very happy with the service. And my car is too.
