On 9-19-24, I came in five minutes to close . I needed a simple bronzer. I asked a staff member(mid 50’s, short, heavier set, too much foundation on her face) if they sold Estée Lauder . I was looking for bronzer . I told her I was looking to spend between $40-$60 on the pressed powder . She told me they didn’t have that brand in bronzer. No problem. I mention Clinique and LSV, or Chanel . She redirected me to cheaper brands annd much ‘newer’ brands asked her if these were your most popular brands. She didn’t respond . I stated well, I have sensitive skin and if she had other recommendations. She replied “the ones I told you and just so you know, we close soon” I said “you know what , I will order somewhere else online “
. Ma’am I inquired about Clinique and Estée Lauder , not ‘tik tok’ popular brands .
I literally ran in there to just buy bronzer before my dinner reservation. She could have upsold me another hundred or two as I was looking at the Chanel. The right person could have easily directed me to 4 to 5 hundo in the right basic makeup and all could have gotten out on time .
I will be sure to ensure to share my experience with everyone I know. Thank you for redirecting me to only buy online at Esteé Lauder . I don’t know why I even bothered at this store . They’re disappointing each time with tiny bopper associates or old women who are wayyy past their prime
Can’t figure out why the galleria is soo ghetto and I beg my husband to bring his gun when we go there the once a year we unfortunately have to go.

Great staff and amazing location but for the love of God please stock your products. Please please! Like some of us come at this location with the need to spend and have a good time at the mall, then you come to find out your shade isn't stocked, there's no products you're looking for. Just by recalling my last experience I can tell the OneSize gondola, Fragrance Wall and the endcap of Skincare section was barely filled/stocked. 2 stars taken because of that. The rest is great!

Ask for Joey if you come here! He is absolutely wonderful! Joey is knowledgeable and an expert at helping you pick out your perfect shade, and products to help your problem areas for your skin. He took his time, and did not rush me at all while explaining everything to me. He was a delight! I am so thankful he was able to assist me today. I hope I see him again some time.

Scheduled an appointment to have my daughter's makeup done for an awards dinner. She was scheduled with Sydney and 5 stars aren't enough! Sydney's talent and artistry are incredible! She was so good with my shy, anxious teen and the makeup was flawless and lasted the whole night. If you need makeup done for an event, I HIGHLY recommend Sydney! We will definitely seek her out again for proms and other big events.

I had buy lipstick in the store near Costco niagara falls, I asked help to found the lipsticks, I forgot her name? She came and she said we don't have the lipstickyou asking. She told me you can find at shopper drug store. I said Thanks, And "she said came I can show you this is cheaper" it make me angry that untreatable, I know what I'm looking for! If the costumer ask help, help what they need. If they ask you price you can tell them if the don't you don't. Treat equal to all costumer's. I get one lipstick by $40it's unworthy make-up poor.
