They are pushing Lenovo way too hard. The dude who bought ibms thinkpad making rights is also the co-founder of a massive CCP run pharmaceutical company, and he goes around telling the people of China that the education and upbringing by their parents is bad. He has been erecting schools all over rural China and inserting his own curriculum even though he's a businessman, not a doctor or a teacher. You cannot get to where this man is without being very high ranking in the CCP. He just lies about being grassroots and claims to be the little guy while dealing with foreign companies. He's not a good man. Also, none of best buys computers are secure from any government at this point. The US government forced them to build a backdoor for them so they have the same access as China and Russia. I'm paraphrasing ofc so look it up for yourself. Overall Best Buy is too sus for me and their computer sales guys are just trying to sell you communist product and an $180 plan to do a data transfer which is $11 if you do it yourself and is as easy as using an adapter. Buy your laptop somewhere else.

So many people leaving reviews are just ignorant Patels wanting a discount or demanding a service that isn't offered. Stop treating the employees like garbage and maybe they'll be more willing to help you. Oh, and stop asking for a discount. This is a Best Buy, not a bodega. The prices are what they are, and the sales associates who have zero control over anything will not give you one.

I went to this place to buy a product and I have to apologize. Because I bothered them. I actually made them do their job of customer service. The first person that I asked just stared at me. Apparently I could read her mind. The second person was upset that he had to go get the actual product and the third person at the register made a face and question why I had I chose that product and that it was not a great product.( got a scowl instead of a greeting) I'm middle-aged but I know my electronics. I actually had to stand there trying to pay while justifying why?I wanted a specific product.I just cannot believe.I almost leave and go to walmart. He implied that I wouldn't be able to afford a new one if this one broke and I needed to get the insurance. Your employers need to learn customer service and have a little more grace and respect. This will be my last time purchasing from Best Buy way better service at Walmart.Same brands better price actually should have gone there.

I walked in to the store and usually someone jumps you to see if you need help, but that didn't happen. This allowed me to shop for what I was looking for. When I had a question, I called over an associate who was more than willing to help. They answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable of the item I was inquiring about. I made the purchase and they checked me out. Perfect shopping

Disappointed with the installation service at the Best Buy on Walden Galleria in Buffalo, NY. My car bracket broke during a car starter installation. Getting a replacement was a hassle - I had to jump through hoops to get it resolved. Best Buy should be more careful during installations and make the replacement process smoother.

I went to get a quote on fixing the Windows OS on my laptop. I was refused service by the Geek Squad simply because I have a Linux distro as an alternative OS. That was it.. I ended up grabbing a couple of flash drives and am hoping that I can teach myself how to fix my ailing device through Reddit or YouTube guidance. ?
