“I had a great experience with the staff at Greenwich Animal Hospital. I was dog sitting my daughter’s dog and he needed to go back to the vet at Greenwich Hospital to have his ears repacked. Sonny is quite a large dog. Once I arrived, I called in and Vitally came out and helped me get Sonny out of the car. He let Son stopped and smell the roses and then took him right in and took care of his ears. While I waited, the front desk, girl was amazingly personable. Once Vitally brought Sonny back out of the room, he helped me put him back in the car. I was eternally grateful. It was such a smooth transition from one step to another. The place is immaculate. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. Thank you for that.”

Dr. Weisenfeld, vet techs Cheryl and Maria, plus both Shayna's at the front desk and the entire back office staff...really everyone - the amount of care and love they gave our dogs during their lifetimes was unmatched.Most recently, they cared for our dog Lyla in her final days, helping us navigate heartbreaking decisions with care and confidence. Our dogs loved coming here to board and for vet care, literally bounding out of the car when they realized where they were. They both lived long and healthy lives thanks to the fantastic case they received at Yorktown. When we are ready to bring another dog into our home, we will absolutely be clients of Yorktown again.”

This is at least partly because they always give you the time and attention that you and your pet need when they're with you. But they do a great job of managing the chaos and getting to everyone eventually. They so clearly love your pets too.”

“Dr. Eldridge really cares about the animals. I've been to many vets and they all price gouge to the point where owners are forced to make decisions based on finances. To me those vets should not be in business. Yes, all great vets should make a great living, the money and time spent to become a veterinarian warrant that, but neither side should take advantage of the other. Be honest, pay great vets (like Dr. Eldridge) what they deserve, w/o manipulation, and any vets that read this should follow Dr. Eldridge's lead. “I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Immerblum at Goldens Bridge Veterinary Care Center while I was traveling away from home. Despite being a last-minute appointment as a brand new patient, the doctors, hospital administrator (Lisa), and entire staff (a special thank you to Shannon, Tara, & Janet) were incredibly kind, intelligent, and patient. “I changed from Yorktown Animal Hospital to Thornwood Animal Hospital due to the distance from my home, and it has proven to be the best choice for my pup. Dr. Patel and the staff are fantastic, caring, and always create a positive atmosphere. My dog usually gets anxious at the vet, but here he appears to be at ease and even enjoys the visits. The level of professional care is exceptional. When my pup fell ill, Dr. Patel personally called me with the analysis results and has consistently been available when needed. Without a doubt, it's the best veterinary hospital I've experienced. Outstanding work and service!”

“Best vet clinic! I’m a nervous dog Mom & the staff are always happy to answer my many questions, attentively. My dog is greeted with love, every time. The level of care is above and beyond. They provide excellent, detailed treatment plans and the level of expertise in the vets/techs is extremely evident. Anyone who has been to a different clinic, knows how difficult it is to find both vet & staff that you can TRULY trust with your beloved pet. At every other vet clinic I’ve tried, my dog was either misdiagnosed, mistreated or injured - it’s heartbreaking. It’s relieving to know that anytime my dog comes in, he is getting the best quality of care and being treated with kindness. Throughout the past 15 years that my family has been going here, the talented vets & techs have added years onto both of their dogs’ lives. I can’t say enough positive comments - they are genuinely the best vet clinic I’ve ever been to nationwide, let alone in NY/Westchester. 100% would recommend visiting, if you haven’t already! “Over the last 25 years Valhalla Animal Hospital has taken care of my 3 Wolfhounds, 3 Greyhounds and currently my 2 Staghounds. “My previous vet in Cross River put my pet through unnecessary exams and inconvenienced us with irregular hours. Despite their posted schedule, I arrived on three separate occasions only to find the clinic closed and locked. Moreover, they showed disrespect towards my easygoing, elderly father. But since discovering Goldens Bridge Veterinary Care Center (GBVCC), those issues are now history. In stark contrast, Dr. Immerblum and his team at GBVCC prioritize animal well-being and are mindful of costs. They went above and beyond to obtain my dog's records from previous providers and ensured our comfort throughout the transition. During our initial visit, Dr. Immerblum dedicated more than an hour to getting to know my dog and answering my questions. Unlike my previous experience, GBVCC is reliably open during regular business hours, with staff available until midnight and even later for emergencies. The difference is remarkable. Their recommendation from a neighbor was spot-on, and I'm incredibly grateful for it. I can't express enough how wonderful they've been.”
“Palmers pharmacy is a very unique place in the sense that it's service oriented. Unlike big chain companies rushing you out, at Palmers they wants to get to know their customers in order to better serve them. Interestingly this the only place around town you will find where they make up creams, animals medicine, or any special type of compound prescription (all hand made in front of you). The owner Louis is very nice, knowledgeable, and is very open to helping you out with any of your medical needs. This indeed is a very special place, and right next door to the greenwich hospital.”

“I have followed Dr. Camilla Colberg all over from one practice to the next. She is the only vet i have found that our large german shepherd responds well to. He is larger than the Dr but he will do her bidding as she quietly directs him. Another vet required six technicians and couldn't treat our gentle giant. They said he was a danger to himself as he was so frantic to escape. Dr Colberg is professional, thorough and relatable. I don't love the location as a dog, if he escaped, would be right on a terribly busy road. Exercise caution. Look at the poor review dates. They are ancient. Dr Colberg has only had the practice the last three years or so.”

“Brought my kitty for a wellness visit, after having to reschedule at the last minute due to my cat being uncooperative. I really appreciated the flexibility the office showed, and they got her on the schedule within the next two days. Dr. Emott was very thorough and kind. He answered all my questions and asked many of his own. Received test results back in a timely fashion. Very accommodating staff at the front desk too. Would absolutely recommend this office.”
