Brought my kitty for a wellness visit, after having to reschedule at the last minute due to my cat being uncooperative. I really appreciated the flexibility the office showed, and they got her on the schedule within the next two days. Dr. Emott was very thorough and kind. He answered all my questions and asked many of his own. Received test results back in a timely fashion. Very accommodating staff at the front desk too. Would absolutely recommend this office.

The entire team at New Castle Vet is so personable and professional! They were very helpful, informative and honest. They gave my puppy such loving care and I am very happy to have them as our new vet. Thank you!

We’ve been using New Castle Veterinary Hospital for over 20 years and we have total confidence in their abilities and services. Dr. Kaufman and his staff have consistently cared for our four dogs with compassion, concern, and professionalism. Their knowledge and skill are first rate. They are available whenever needed, including weekends, and they follow-up in a complete and timely manner. I can’t imagine a better experience for anyone’s pets.

The experience is as good as can be for my pet, a dog. They are caring and efficient. I highly recommend the Vet and his staff. I only wish they still had boarding as I always felt confident when I left my pet with them. This is a professional organization!

This office overcharged for services it never gave my pet. I took my cat in for vomiting and he was given fluids only. It was $600. They also put tape on my cat's fur when he went in for a cut. It traumatized my cat.

I spent $600 on a regular cat visit. My cat was vomiting. The vet told me he was dehydrated and charged me $600 for the visit. I also took my cat in for a cut on his leg. They treated him by putting tape on his fur so that his leg itched and the cut did not heal for a long time.

Dr. Kaufman and his staff are great. Our cat and dog both go there. We used to live in the city and the vet we went to had us make unnecessary visits to double bill, we were shocked when we saw that Dr. Kaufman did not do this.

Too bad FB doesn't have a 1000 star rating ability because that is what I would give. Doc Kauffman is THE BEST fur baby Doctor around! Stephanie and all the staff are excellent. I trust them and am always confident my two boys are in the best hands possible. I have been with Doc K for about 21 years with all my fur balls and would not think of going anywhere else. I recommend Doc Kauffman, Stephanie and the NCVH without reservation!!

I have been taking my cat Sunny to Dr.Kaufman for years ,got expert care from the whole staff. Sunny was diagnosed with heart problems,a short time back,the doctor was truly concerned with Sunny, he shows a real dedication. Today Sunny died,without Dr Kaufman and his caring staff,I feel I would have lost her a long time ago. Thank you doctor,and thank you for all your help
