Fantastic store with great staff. Oscar the manager assisted my fiancé and I.
He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable as he tried on so many watches. Took his time with us and was not pushy at all. Just a great guy who gave his honest opinion when asked. We ultimately didn't buy anything this time because my fiancé was on the fence still but if it were up to me I would have. I have a feeling we will be returning soon!

Rude staff, no one even acknowledged us for 10 minutes and then just said they’d be with us and left us waiting for a long while without any interaction. Ended up leaving the store and no one noticed. Very poor service.

I purchased a Veturi Watch 40mm at the Movado Company Store at Woodbury Commons. I was very happy with my purchase. However, when I got home I noticed a scratch on the back of it. I called the store and spoke with Oscar. He advise me to mail the watch back since I lived almost 80 miles away from the store. Oscar was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. He answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. I bought the watch on Saturday, I spoke with Oscar on Sunday and I had a brand new watch on Thursday at 1:00pm. That's great customer service. Thank you Oscar. I love my new watch.
(PS) The saleswoman (I am sorry I don't remember her name) who assisted me with my purchase was very professional and patient with me.

Most of the time pieces are not worth it, but you can find some good deals on Movado. I just bought a Concord at a really good price.
