I stop in frequently and I always have an amazing experience I have built a great connection with the brand and Jeff and Faye typically assist me. Both offer efficient and profession customer service. I highly recommend stopping in to shop. If the collection doesn't get you, the customer service will!

The worst! The wallet we bought from here was torn. Asked for a refund and they refused due to "store policy". We would take an exchange under normal circumstances but the same product on display was torn in the same place, so we're sure the wallet is just poor quality and we do not want to spend 700$ on wallets that rip on their own. On top of that, they're making us pay for shipping if we want an exchange and can't make it back to the store. Terrible customer care, never picks up their phone, and blames the customer for their faulty products. Highly highly recommend everyone avoids this place.

The lady on the door needs to learn how to smile more and respect especially she represents a high end brand. We approached to the door and she pointed wait in a disrespectful way like a principal in school which made all the line laugh at her ignorance, we left immediately

Worst customer service ever, someone stand by the door with his phone in his hand the whole time, what's Bottega thinking? No greeting coming in, one have his eyes attached to the phone, the other one behind the counter. Good luck getting customer by peaking at your phone.

This is the worst shopping experience ever in my life. Firstly, when I arrived at the store. There is no one waiting in line. So I thought I might be able to just get in the store. I opened the door, the guard of the store just give a hand gesture with his hand in front of my face. And he said:”oh, you don’t understand what it means?!” So I immediately stepped back and waited. And I wanted to ask how long the wait will be. Then I opened the door again, at this time, the doorman seems extremely inpatient and talked to me like:” do I need to tell you twice?!” I was shocked and very depressed about his words. All I wanted is to ask a question. But I was treated rudely.I waited a little bit. And get in to store. When I was shopping, the manager came out. And she talked to the doorman first. And then I requested to speak with her. After I told her what happened. All I get was she telling me please be patient at shopping.BV is a luxury high end brand that I always enjoy shopping with. But unluckily, what I get for this Mother’s Day is only a unexpected experience with no one cares about the clients’ feeling. And I highly doubt if the stuffs are well-trained.Disappointed shopping experience that I hope no one will go through it again.

Horrible products. Ripped in 9 months and saying not covered under warranty. Guess the outlet stuff is all defective and put on sale. Avoid at all cost!

Adam is GREAT! He’s super patient & knowledgeable. If you are visiting this area definitely look out for Adam. He wasn’t pushy or salesy. He helped us purchase what we were looking for and options to go with them. He is awesome! Shopping at luxury brands can be a pain with snobby sales associates but he was awesome super patient, great attitude, knowledgeable, and super personable!Thank you again Adam, you are the absolute BEST!!
