I was told by the owner that my service animal was not allowed to be inside the building due to health laws. I told him it's not going to be a good thing if I put her outside. She always has to be with me. He said he didn't care. Put my dog outside and she almost got hit by a car. Trying to run back to my vehicle because she was scared and didn't know how to get to me. I'm literally disgusted with the manager, /owner or whatever he is

Customer service is very bad upstairs. The lady just hates her job. Pizza was ok if you like it well done. Kids working there on weekends just don't care about the food. Used to be really good has slipped for sure. The subs are really good though. Cost is expensive for quality.

We just got a cheese pizza here. It was $21, so definitely more expressive than most places, but the pizza was quite large. That said, unfortunately it was a tad too thick and doughy for my taste, and it had about 50% more cheese than needed. Didn't quite seem like 100% real cheese either, I could be wrong though.. It's it a blend of mozzarella and something else?? If so, they should advertise that. The sauce was OK, and I think with less cheese it could be good. Can't tell though because the ratio was way off. 3 stars because my belly is full now.

Cannot get enough of the garlic pizza! I have never had a bad pizza here no matter what kind we get and the wings are delicious!

The pizza is good. The wings are just OK. The prices are HIGH. My main problem is that I went in for some slices at 4:30 pm on a Saturday evening and they only had a total of TWO slices of cheese pizza available, That's it , No other slices to be had and those 2 slices were nearly $8. It's a real disappointment to have your mind set on something to eat on the way home from working only to be let down as there's nothing else around.

The grocery store part has a wide variety of meats & cheeses but the lady working register hates her life and is a robot. Super annoyed when you ask her anything. But this review if for the Red Onion pizza shop, excellent customer service and amazing prices the slices are HUGE and soooo fresh! I’d go back in a heart beat!! Amazing pizza wish I lived closer
