“I have to say that you are great to work with and are willing to help. The service people are very polite. My dissatisfaction on this last visit was that if the service man made the adjustment that was needed on my pilot then I wouldn't have gotten stuck having to pay an emergency service fee to have a 2nd guy come to make the adjustment. I am very disturbed by that but I had to do it because it was when we had temps in the minus digits. They accommodated me for the service as I had a DR appt that day so they arranged to come when I called that I got home. For that I am grateful. I am your fan but that service fee for the 2nd visit never should have happened. Thank you”

“I'll be a customer for life! We had no heat and had a new boiler being installed. The problem was we switched from fuel oil to propane and didn't have a propane supplier! Country Propane were the first to respond and they brought a tank with propane the same day! We now have heat!”
