I will never rent from this location again. The management has no idea of time management, spent a good portion of time chatting with their friend in the store rather than taking care of me which made checking out the equipment take 25 minutes inside the store putting me behind schedule for what I needed to do, kept telling me how to drive as I went to get the equipment from the upper lot, then treated my husband and myself like children taking the hitch ball out of my husband's hands and basically pushing him out of the way under the guise that "uhaul requires I do this", and the trailer was full of ants when we got it. I would NEVER return to this location and will advise all friends and family to avoid them like the plague. I have been renting uhauls for more than half my life and have never been more disrespected at a rental location.

Easy to use storage facility at the foot of the Catskill Mountains. Prices are better than most of the competition. Storage units are well maintained.

I've had a storage room here for years. It's supposed to have 24 hour video surveillance... that is a lie. My locker was broken into. My beach chairs were stolen along with beach cooler and a few other things. I got one month taken off - I was supposed to be contacted back and never was.
