Placed an order a month and a half ago online. They charged my card and confirmed my order then never shipped the product. I have called numerous times and left voicemails as well as emails with no response. Not sure if this is a real company or not so I would not recommend purchasing anything from them.

Order was placed on-line, money received, then nothing. No email since the order confirmation. Order never received, never a shipping confirmation. They will not respond to emails, they will not return voice mails. Never have they answered the phone, so I have to leave a message, which has never been returned. Foolishly paid for with a debit card, so I can't even get my money back. I wonder if this is an actual business, or is it just a criminal enterprise?

Have used this company for years to supply my small business and they have never failed to ship promptly and to package the shipments in an outstanding manner. A good small business with great prices and customer service. Recommended.
