I highly recommend this great repair shop. Went above and beyond to make sure I had my truck repaired and ready so I could be back on the road to plow. They took attention to detail and checked the truck over from bumper to bumper by performing the proper maintenance so I won’t have any unexpected down time . Thank you Mike and your team .

Brought my Xterra in for repair with parts I ordered. Turned out I purchased the wrong parts and Mike was good enough to locate the correct parts cross country and had them shipped in and completed my repair without issue. Good group there at Bear Service in Canastota.

It was great when he fixed my car to get it ready for inspection, but when we scheduled our inspection he let us drive out for nothing because he didn't have any inspection stickers and didn't bother calling us said he didn't have our number but yet he text messaged me a receipt for the job that he did for me.Services: Vehicle Inspection

Took my auto there to have exhaust repaired. I had an OBDll code scanner on back seat, When I picked my vehicle up the scanner was gone. There's a thief in this garage.

No issues always attentive. Works on almost anything does whatever possible to repair while saving customers money. Keeps jobs in order they came in, that's nice. Reasonable prices for actual work necessary.

I had some corroded brake lines and a leaky radiator. The business was busy, but Mike, the owner shoehorned my car in, as I was worried about getting to work. He used high quality parts and even kept the car a little longer to give his work a once over and assure the quality was good. Mike strikes me as a nice guy and more importantly, honest.Overall, the service was A+ and the price was very reasonable.I not only recommend Baer Service, but I will also use them again.Service: Brakes
