This is where we will go every time if we need any tire services. Best service we have ever received. I called other places before I called them and they were the only one who said they would take a look at it. We thought it wouldn't be done the same day but they were able to patch it up before they went home. Thank you!

I can't say enough about Geoff and the crew at Uptown Tire. I travel 45 minutes each way to get my vehicles serviced by them. Always professional, always done right, incredibly fair and absolutely takes the stress out of your life. Customer for forever! FYI I'm a small business owner that is super critical of service.

We were on our way home after a vacation and I got a nail in my tire just before getting on the highway. We called Uptown around 7:30am hopeful we could stop in for a patch and be on our way.
Jeff, who answered, was extremely friendly and told us to come by and they’d take care of it. We showed up and even though they had over 60 cars to service that day, they promptly put my car on the lift and repaired my tire within an hour.
Awesome, efficient service, friendly staff and a great customer experience. Highly recommend!

Geoff & his crew are amazing. My family & I have been loyal customers since he opened. They are honest, do quality work, don't try to sell you anything you don't need, do their best to keep your costs as low as possible and just all around the best kind of company to do business with. Before I started just doing early morning appointments and waiting I would give my car up for the day to get an oil change because I trust no one else. Even for small things like that.

Went in for a typical inspection and tire change. After receiving a call from a family member saying my car was totaled the garage decided to call and tell me 6 hours later.
After a long weekend of cancelled plans and then an extra few days on that. I get a rental. Which of course I had to put money down on. Instead of taking the initiative to get me a car through the shop I had to wait for their insurance company to pick up their phone; which apparently is 5 business days.
Staff have been unsympathetic.
Much more should have been done to help a customer who came in for a tuneup and left with financial burden on himself and a burden on all the people driving them around.
Unprofessional. Do not recommend.

I've been to a handful of shops around NY over the years, and I gotta say, this is one of the best. On multiple occasions, the guys and gals at Uptown worked with me to keep some $ in the wallet and STILL turned out safe and solid work. This will be my regular shop from now on.

Wonderful service from Geoff and all of the employees at Uptown! My family and I had a flat tire crisis on the way to a wedding out of town- we had our tire patched up super fast and made it to our wedding on time … all thanks to these guys! We will be coming to Uptown for all of our tire needs in the future!

Greg is my hero! On the way home from work, somehow my tire found a rusty nail. Loosing air slowly and worried about my commute for the next shift… I called. This guy took care of getting my tire fixed ASAP! And, he has a great smile too. ?you’re the best

Took the time to listen to and understand driving characteristics of me and my vehicle which resulted in a logical and sound determination of best suited tires that were then offered, mounted balanced and installed at a good and fair price. Knowledge enough that I would let them work on some items on my competition car as well.

After being told at the Nissan dealership that the nail in my tire could not be repaired, And that I had to replace all 4 tires, I drove down to see Jeff. He took my keys right away to look at the tire. About 15 minutes later he repaired my tire with a patch and sent me on my way! He saved me sooo much money and time!!! I couldn’t appreciate it more! 100% recommend his shop to everyone.

We were in a pinch with tires shredding on our way home on a trailer we had just purchased. I called and asked if they had the size tires I needed and if they were willing to do the change out on a drop of a dime. I was told to bring it right in and they would take care of me. Nice people, facility and prices. Thanks for the help today!
