This place was recommended to me by somebody with a 60ies car. Went there and was happy. Have been going there ever since. The outside looks diminutive, but what it lacks in appeal is balanced by the competence and honesty of the owner. You'll see "strange" cars there quite often ( eg: Watkins Glenn material).

Kurt always delivers and does an awesome job. He rebuilt the motor on my Datsun 240Z and performed many repairs, tuneups etc. He's a pro that is fair and reasonable, a tough combination to find today. I would highly recommend him for work on any car.

Called about service for my car and an estimate.The person I spoke with then warned me "not to waste his time" When I asked him what he meant by that he again said "don't waste my time if you're shopping around." Excuse me, but everyone wants a rough estimate of what a car repair will cost so skip the threats and don't waste MY time.

If you own a German made vehicle, I highly suggest Kurt. Had a plug/coil issue causing my BMW to hard misfire. Kurt got it in same day. Diagnosed and repaired the problem in 2 hours. Some prices may seem steep but he is way more reasonable than any other foreign mechanic around this area. Super easy to deal with and a straight shooter. I’d give him 6 stars if I could.

Came in with some major problems on a Mercedes I just bought off someone I considered “reputable”.. Turns out, not so much. Kurt immediately took on the problems without hesitation. I can confidently drive this car knowing it’s been in good hands now. I’m a loyal customer from here on out!

Brought my volvo in for timing service and to have a worn pulley diagnosed. Timing went fine and the pulley was diagnosed as a power steering pump at a price of around $300. Had him go ahead and replace it. Pump wasn't the issue so had him replace the tensioner which i was assured was the issue. $1550 later my car is still making tje same noise and was told they cant diagnose it. To top it off they cut the wheel well shroud out and now all the wiring is exposed to the elements. Wouldn't send my worst enemy to that hack.

Thields will not dissapoint. Clutch replaced on 30 year old sports car, perfect. One day & right on estimate. Recommended OEM parts over 2nd clutch that failed within a year due to county of original. Excellent rates for labor & parts. Kurt knows imports, new or claasic, stock or modified. If you want expert service without paying for a fancy facility & not pushed to get additional services, this is the place.
