We made the sales representative ( C. Kansco ) aware ( via phone ) of our interest in an item. Met her at the store and she had exactly what we were looking for. We purchased it and expect to have it within three days. Very pleased!

The entire process was seamless! Unlike most furniture retail stores, the sales experience was helpful and not high pressure. We provided our sales guy with the specifics of what we were looking for and he laid out our options quickly. The purchase was super easy! Delivery was three days later, as promised, and the communication around that was very clear. Our delivery guys were efficient, cognizant of our floors, and set-up was done in ten minutes! They even complimented us on our recently remodeled home, which was very kind of them. Five stars, start to finish.
