Very nice people to deal with..JC was very helpful when we were shopping didn't have plan on buying anything that day but end up purchasing a coach with recliner, nice TV stand & end table...very happy with our purchase...Delivery guys were outstanding, I wish I had asked their name...very nice guys...I will recommend Lynch Furniture to anyone shopping for furnitures...The BEST!! I ordered a sofa with no issues, I was told it was in stock at the warehouse in PA, so it would be 4-6 weeks for delivery. I did put a deposit on this sofa. A few weeks later, circumstances changed. I called to cancel and was told they would need to check but probably wouldn't be able to. They immediately called me back, not even enough time for them to make a phone call to check on the location of the sofa... I was told it was already on it's way and I could not cancel. So a 4-6 week delivery time went down to 2 weeks?? I was told that it was not returnable, I hadn't even received it yet to return... I needed to cancel. I asked questions, he flustered on the phone and told me I had a horrible attitude.... I guess you get a horrible attitude from asking questions?? His phone etiquette was atrocious . I will NEVER purchase anything again from this establishment. Horrible customer service and they way he speaks to customers is embarrassing.

We were met at the door with a pleasant salesperson who gave insight but was never pushy. Once the furniture pieces were picked by my husband and I, she was again helpful with fabric selection.

Lynch's Furniture was a pleasure to deal with from the initial design of our dining room furniture right thru the delivery and setup of our furniture. The communication provided from Matt and his staff regarding the shipping dates and our ultimate delivery date was spot on and very appreciated. Could not have asked for a better delivery team as well. We will not hesitate to purchase furniture from Lynch's in the future! Thank You!

With possible impending knee surgery, I felt I needed a recliner, so went to Lynch's to find one, as we were very satisfied with previous living room purchase. Recliners typically are not the most attractive pieces of furniture, but I found one that was not bulky-looking, tried it and liked it. Selected the fabric that would go with my living room. It was delivered a couple weeks ago, and I really like it. Only draw back, whether reclined, or just rocking, I end up falling asleep, it is so comfortable. Lynch's sells nothing but quality, and their staff is the best. Only place to purchase furniture for me.

I'm so thrilled there is such a fantastic alternative for buying quality furniture than those sterile big box stores. I was truly amazed at the wide selection of available inventory and virtually unlimited customization they had available - all at such reasonable prices. On top of that, the customer service was totally on point. These days, I have really come to appreciate family run businesses. They remain committed to their customers in ways that those other retailers simply can't, and Lynch's is no exception. I had a warm and wonderful shopping experience from beginning to end. Many thanks to Matt and the whole crew at Lynch Furniture for making furniture buying fun!

It will be my first stop for all furniture purchases now. Great selection, service, quality, and delivery. I think anyone could find something they would like, the variety and options are huge. I never felt pressured, and there was no bs protection plan up sell at the end. I bought a floor model leather reclining sectional and they gave me an amazing price right off the bat for it, no hassle. Such a great price, I added a chair. Delivery was coordinated in a week and quoted me a fair price for haul away (which was actually just a nice tip for the drivers, happy to do it). Delivery guys were right on time, fast and set everything up and even offered to carry a chair upstairs for us that wasn’t part of the delivery.This is how furniture shopping should be. We bought a house last year and run into so many issues with bigger name companies and lost so much time and money, I am kicking myself for not going to Lynch’s first.

The staff and especially the owner at Lynch's went above and beyond in helping us get a comfortable chair for my elderly mother. She is blind and needs the aid of a walker to get around so coming to the store was not an option. Lynch's reviewed the purchase records from years ago to see what size chair she had then and determined the best size for her now. She is very happy with her new chair. Well worth the drive to beautiful downtown CANANDAIGUA!
