Went to Costco for the first time for my eye exam. Kahlyn is very knowledgeable, professional & friendly. She made the process run smoothly & answered all of my questions. This is the best experience I have ever had for an eye exam. Great quality price for eye glasses too with all the features I wanted in glasses. Highly recommend coming here.

I got two of the cutest pairs of glasses here at a fair price. Marcia Madison was so patient and helped me pick out what looked good for my face, which glasses would be best for progressives, and hyped me up. Thanks for the awesome service! Can't wait to get my glasses next week!

I love the store and the variety, but their workers have bad attitudes. Also there was only one lane open besides the self checkouts. I had a certificate to redeem and you cannot use it at the self checkouts.

So my 8lb service dog Zoey and I go shopping for the first time at Costco today. I am a Army Combat Veteran that suffers from PTSD and other social issues. We have been shopping together for years at other stores BJs, Wegmans, Tops, Walmart, Price Chopper I can go on and on with no issue. Being so small I always put a blanket in the cart and push her around. The minute I walk into Costco I'm being yelled at about my dog being in the cart. I couldn't figure out why this guy is yelling at me so I walk past him. Next thing I know 4 managers are circling me like I stole something. Right then I feel trapped and start getting dizzy, and my heart is racing I want to snap but I don't because of my dog. They start yelling at me because supposedly Costco has a policy stating small dogs can't ride in the cart do to health issues. At this point I leave the store upset, dizzy and ready to blow. Are you kidding me? People throw their filthy kids in these carts all the time. Some of these kids look and smell like they haven't bathed in days. Costco products are not sterile either. Boxes are filthy, sometimes meat and chicken leak etc. Costco I will be sharing this story with as many people as I can. YOU HAVE EXPLAINING TO DO

I just visited Costco on a Sunday and was not surprised to find it busy, but the store still managed the crowds well. Despite the high traffic, I had a great time shopping and found everything I needed. I love Costco for their unbeatable prices and wide selection of products, making it a fun and convenient shopping experience. Overall, a busy Sunday at Costco was well worth it!

Just left there, I noticed an item i had purchased the week before had its price reduced. I stopped at customer service and asked if they could scan my card and refund the difference. Male Customer service person responded no they don't like to do that. I responded well you have done it in the past. He responded with have a nice day. He wasn't busy in fact chatting about lunch with 2 other employees. I didn't think that was appropriate. I do have my receipt and will be bringing it back to that store. This is literally the first negative experience I have had there in my 4 years of shopping. So my question is do I need my receipt or not? The employee could have instructed me to look at my costco app where all receipts are stored but preferred to just move me along.

I try to visit during"off peak" times, because it can get crazy at times. Yesterday, Sunday, the line reached to the back of the store. However, with the new self-checkout and an employee directing us to checkout lines it was smooth and fairly quick. Some of my favorite items are the cocktail shrimp with lemon and sauce, I buy the Caeser salad along with the shrimp and I have 3 meals. I also enjoy their premade meals, they are delicious and save a lot of time when I don't feel like cooking from scratch. Chicken pot Pie, Salmon with Compound Butter, macaroni and cheese... just to mention a few.

Do not go in without a plan or this will be the $500.00 club. But if you have a plan this is a great place to get fruits, meat and cheese. Also always good deals on wine.

They have great products but customer service could be better. The cashiers threw my card out because my husband wasn't physically in the store, but were happy to take my money when I renewed our membership without his presence. Rules aren't enforced when it is convenient to them.

Dude, this place is slammed on weekends...just know that going in. They do have gas pumps out front and the store is a monster. Expect almost all registers to be running. Everyone is masked up and I don't think I saw any free sample tables. Food court is open, but it is strictly to-go orders. Note...this store does not sell wine or liquor like Costco's in other states. It's a New York State thing...that said, they do sell beer and even have a small selection of craft beer 4 packs available in the back right next to the freezer section. This trip they had Common Roots, Threes Brewing, Southern Tier, Smuttynose, and several other brewery offerings at reasonable craft beer prices. None of their beer is refrigerated, so you know.

Good prices, variety of products, large sizes. I don’t have to shop every week.

Clean, well organized, good quality. Kirkland products are designed to be 1% better then the brand and manufactured by the primary product it competes with.
