Rooms are extremely small. just enough towels for 1 night. I originally booked 2 nights at 88 dollars a night. But I have to change my schedule due to work, and they charge me a $140 for 1 night. Only booked one night at a time so you can see the true price.

The rooms are amazing and clean. The price is super decent and the location is fantastic! However, the service of one of the workers there is TOTAL trash.She knows who she is. Some fiance of the dispatcher for yellow cab. Lady, your work ethics are garbage and disgusting as well as the yellow cab dispatcher. DO BETTER!Noteworthy details: I'll say it again. The worker that works nights is affiliated to the yellow cab dispatcher. They both need to do better and mind their own business.

Room was nice sound proofing was really good, wasn't ever really able to hear anyone else. Door handle on bathroom was broken. Didn't bother me. I remember something else was broken too. Nice and modern rooms decent price! Good location too.Nearby activities: Not many, Watertown mall and theatre is close by car.Safety: My car might have been broken into??? Asked them to check cams, Nothing was seen. No damage or anything though so.... Take that as you will.

Rooms: Rooms were clean and spacious.Nearby activities: Fort Drum, Historic Downtown Watertown, Sackett's Harbor State Battlefield, Alexandria Bay/Clayton/Thousand Islands, Wescott Beach State Park, Adirondack Mountains, Syracuse. . . Huge variety!

Had a good bed was soft and I could sleep well room had a desk for me to work on with 4 might heat and ac fridge no freezer closet to hang my work suite bathroom was clean and nice just the water pressure was not all there bit it worked for what I needed got a great deal over the internet for 65.00 so can't complain

Construction going on and awoken by 615am by workers outside our second floor window everyday and was told nothing they could do about when workers showed up reply from management was sorry about that. Nothing else. No real apology. No. We will fix while you're here. No offer even for a future stay discounts or anything. Pretty sad in a way that we use choice hotels on many occasions. The hotel is very good. Excellent breakfast. The beds very comfortable. Cozy place for someone who needs peace and quiet. When I come back to Watertown, I'm staying again. I recommend it 100% EXCELLENT.

Room too small for the Quality Inn branding. Econo Lodge or Rodeway Inn size. It was clean, though.

Can't beat the price per quality. This hotel understands value and charges a fair price. Not sure why the surrounding hotels have resort prices for nowhere, upstate NY smh. Military friendly. Very clean and quiet.
