We really love our new walk-in shower installed by Wonder. It replaced an older fiberglass tub and surround in a bathroom in our vacation condo. The old tub took up a good part of the bathroom, while the walk-in shower with the glass barn doors makes the room look so much more spacious and actually gives us more space to shower than with the old tub. The materials are of high quality and very attractive. And, we have to highly compliment the installation team that worked on the project. Ben and Shane were incredible doing the installation. They were very neat and very competent in refinishing the area behind the shower, which of course is critical to long-term success. They assured that we were engaged in selecting the location of our storage niche, grab bars and other options, which helped assure our satisfaction. Overall, we would strongly recommend Wonder.

We were blown away by our new shower. Our installer Scott was amazing. His attention to detail was wonderful. My husband was a contractor for years and he was really satisfied with the work. Scott and his son Andrew went above and beyond in all aspects of the process. I would recommend your company to anyone that is looking for a professional bathroom remodel. My husband is 6’2 and for the first time in his life he is able to stand up without bending over to take a shower. That was the only request he had and Scott made it possible. Thank you Wonder Showers and Baths for the professional install and the entire staff for making us very happy and pleased with the outcome. You all rock.

It was a pleasure dealing with Wonder Showers & Bath. Our installer was polite and professional and treated our home with the upmost respect. We had one very small issue after install that was addressed by Wonder the same day we reported it. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

The installers were courteous and cleaned as they worked. The installation took less than 2 days and everything went as planned. When we discovered a minor issue, the Service Manager was there the same day and quickly addressed it to our satisfaction. The materials and installation were all of high quality.

We were impresed with the sales representative who we first met. He worked with us to get what we wanted at the best possible cost. His equipment was state of the art, showing us in 3D what we could expect when done.The installer, Butch, was professional, skillful and respectful to our wishes as well as to our home. Every tIme he left, you could not tell we had construction in the house. The final product was just what we wanted.We love the new shower. How it looks, the extra room, and the great ease of getting in and out.The only issue was a prolonged delay in starting the project due to difficulty obtaining a grab bar we requested. An early phone call describing the cause of the delay would of ended the delay and started the project earlier.

Our installers, Carly and Chris were so polite and professional. Our beautiful shower was installed with a minimum of any inconvenience. Complete clean up after the first day"s work as well as the final day.They were wonderful and we love, love the product! I had a completely tiled shower/tub converted to a shower about a week ago. The installers were in and out in 2 days in spite of the unexpected amount of concrete that they found behind all the tiles that needed removed. They worked hard and took out 15+ bags of debris the first day. Left everything clean and were courteous. The shower looks and works great.

We're very happy with our tub to shower conversion. We chose the Kohler Luxstone product and love the look and modern, clean lines. The install team was very efficient and professional led by Josh. We had our old tub replaced with a walk-in shower. Everything was 5 Star from the sales to the installation. Materials are top quality and the installation was also. We’ve had our wonder shower for a little over a month now. Is holding up well, it’s a good quality product. The install team of Butch and Brendan were top notch- they appeared to work in sync with each other and did excellent work, they are a true asset to Wonder. The salesman we had was also great- we had a very bad experience with another salesman from a competitor but I can honestly say Dave Friend put away any preconceived notions I had of sales people. He was honest and forthcoming- he didn’t sugar coat anything and I respect that in dealing with people. For the actual product- I liked it better than most of the competitors and it seems like a better quality product. The only thing I would tell people to be aware of is the shower doors still need to be wiped down with a squeegee after each shower. If you don’t do this the doors will appear dirty and spotted. I think that would be with any product though.Service: Bathtub replacement
