I brought a bills hoodie there my son got butter on when at a restaurant, days later went to get it, paid and thankfully looked. All spots still there, not even faded. They said they’d try again. Came back 2 days later and they were a tiny bit faded. I was told it would be ruined if they tried again. I drove directly to Colvin cleaners where they got it out within 5 minutes with a solvent they use and they wouldn’t even take my money. I’ll only use Colvin from now on. I’ve never known a dry cleaner to not be able to get butter out, I didn’t even try to clean it myself thinking I’ll leave it to experts. Don’t use Wesselmans they do NOT know what they are doing.

I took a bathing suit top in to get the buckle fixed. Had to ask seamstress if she can or not. If not can send out but will call. Noone called and sent out to get fixed. Instructions were on my original receipt. They charged me 30.00 bucks to get a buckle on a bathing suit top fixed. Livid...you never called but had instructions too you took my right away and assumed I wanted to pay 30 bucks for a buckle. Then said if I don't like it can pick new one out and have seamstress fix. Why couldn't the seamstress replace the buckle from the beginning. Shes a seamstress they do all kinds of fixings you mean to tell me a buckle replace she couldn't do. What the confusion ?. Had no way to discount me cause they sent out and didn't make no money on it. That's what they guy told me twice. Then dry cleaned it without me asking and tried to charge me. But the buckle looks real nice! Ok your opinion cause the orig buckle was metal to go with the belt but now the buckle is black metal. Thanks for taking my right away. Needless to say I paid the $30 bucks but will think 2xs to go back again. Just be very specific on what your asking for. I asked for fix I probably should have said replace.Service: Clothing alterations & repairs

I was happy with Wesselmann Dry cleaners, I left suits for dry cleaning and r he cloths are done the next day to pick up. I would recommend this place, people inside are nice, welcoming and friendly.

Saved us on my son's dress pants for prom. He was fitted at another place and pants were STILL too long. Where other places didn't have enough time, they got us in and handled it. This business is a sinking ship. I worked there for two weeks and almost every customer‘s order wasnt ready when they were supposed to be. IMPORTANT things like wedding dresses and clothes to a funeral. Terrible management. They under pay and over work their workers and overcharge their prices because of how broke they are. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

They Lost my dress shirt has not helped me to replace. Can’t get a hold of store manager or a supposed claims form that they require me to fill out.

These guys do an amazing job at both dry cleaning and alterations. I took a pair of jeans in to have the length adjusted and they had them done in no time and to the exact measurement. I would recommend this cleaner/alteration company.
