Poop on the toilet seat. Disorganized clothes and other objects. No mike and Ike's or squishmallows. Lack of shorts. My cart got stolen with my cat socks and I almost cried in the store. Disappointed and will NOT be returning.

I've never been a fan of Target because the prices always seem to be higher than many places. But when my target remodeled a couple of years ago, I had to be impressed with the cleanliness and layout of the store. Yesterday I was impressed all over again. The keyboard I'd bought for $10 last August on Amazon died suddenly two days ago. Not a very sturdy keyboard, but sure I'm guilty of contributing to its demise, as I'd often turn it over and bang it soundly on the desk to dislodge crumbs and lint and dust. Seems not a good idea. So to alleviate computer addiction withdrawal yesterday, I went out in the midst of a slight blizzard to see what Target might have in keyboards. I found one for ....$10. I not only took that home, but I ended up doing a little grocery shopping. I was surprised to find the things I bought were selling for the same prices --or less-- as the grocery store. When I got home and opened the keyboard box -- wow. Compared to the "Yugo" keyboard I had, this one was a Lexus. So I am impressed with Target now for the availability of quality merchandise at competitive prices. And still a clean and well designed store.

I have found excellent prices and service here. Good selection of items including their own brand which is high quality. Easy to get around the store. Checkout lines are reasonable. Clean and good quality overall. Courteous, professional and helpful store personnel which make it among the best stores in the area.

Target run! I could swear I've reviewed Target, but I guess not... in not a big fan of the new and improved layout...I find it difficult to get past people, difficult to push a cart through and it makes me want to ruin it screaming because things are hard to find... Why four stars then? Well, the items for sale are cute and trendy, there's an ample supply Shays and you can find just about anything you need. The store is clean and while i don't love how it is arranged, it is very organized. The cashiers are friendly enough. They have a generous return policy and it's one step (maybe 1 1/2) above Wally World... I like this store better than WallyWorld...

I love target but the outside of this store has been neglected. there are always full trash containers every time I go. so much that people place trash next to the trash can because it's overflowing out of the bin. Carts are everywhere around the plaza and in the neighborhoods.

Target is my jam! It has been a few years since Target closed all their stores in Canada. I like to come here every few months. I feel like their produce section could use some more variety. A lot of their products are precut and more costly as a result. There's always plenty of parking. There's a Starbucks inside. Plus it's super easy to pull up target deals on your phone. I've gotten a huge variety of stuff here, from body pillows to dog shampoo (smells so damn good).

I order from the Target app all the time; I like this location much better than the Niagara Falls location. It can take up to four hours for my order to be completed, but, on average, it takes two hours for my order to be completed. When I show up to pick up my order, they are usually in my car in less than five minutes. Speed of delivery is important to me because I have small children with very little patience with being idle. The customer service is great, they wear masks, and always ask where they can put your items. The only reason why I gave four stars was that the app shows items in stock when they are not in stock

I mean, it's a Target. That means most of the merchandise is cheap foreign imports with just enough vetting to mean that it probably won't come out of the box broken. But in the Age of Amazon, with thousands-large samples of user reviews, it's hard to see why one would buy most larger items from big-box discount stores anyway, so there's that. But Target's strength is mostly in versatility rather than quality, especially in the newer and larger stores with extensive grocery selections. I mean, are you going to get an oven-fresh boule of bread here? No, but there's enough stuff for an impromptu taco night, and the produce selection, if not expansive, will do in a pinch if you want to get it all done in one store rather than head over to Wegman's. There's even an okay cold beer selection with a handful of craft SKUs. You could do worse. The vegan/vegetarian selections in the cold case are, alas, still lagging badly behind the national (or even local) leaders in this category. It's usually not too insanely busy, so checkout and turnover is not bad. Service is about what you'd expect for an entry-wage staff: neither surprisingly good nor lacking. They used to carry our SodaStream refill cannisters at the service counter, but for reasons that are thoroughly baffling to me, the Pandemic has apparently ruled that out? This is all a long way of saying that it's a Target. If you want cheap goods with a predictable selection, you'll do fine here. If you're looking for higher-quality products or specialty items, well, it's a Target. That's not really their thing. Ephemera: there's abundant parking, the store and surrounding area are clean and well-maintained, and the carts are kept in good repair.

I have had so many issues with checking out and with customer service at this location, that it got to the point that I just added the corporate Target Customer Service phone number into my phone as a contact because I had to call so many times. I have not been to any Target location at all since March, due to the pandemic. This morning I decided to run in just to check out the Halloween stuff, which was messy and picked over and pretty disappointing. Nevertheless I grabbed a few items. I stood on the designated red dot at the check out line. A man came up behind me and stood right next to me, and physically pushed my items out of the way to put his on the checkout belt. I told him he was not 6 feet away from me and he refused to move and started arguing with me. When I asked an employee who turned out to be a manager to please reinforce the rules, she shrugged and said "what do you want me to do." This is not the first time I've had an issue with a manager by far. Seems like they give everyone a managerial title at the store even though they are just walking around the store not doing anything and refuse to help customers who actually need assistance.

I've just had a stellar return experience there.I think the manager of the return desk took care of me. My new coffee maker is great. Thanks for the help!

This store has a serious issue with overcharging customers at the register. And some of the people that work here are absolutely unqualified at their job. I am typically disgusted. Went in on 3/12. To buy laundry soap. As I wash cashing out this employee stood strangely close to me at the regular register. I was looking at her attempting to figure out why she was so close to me just standing there. She knew she was making me uncomfortable because she asked me if I had an issue. Issue? Why should I have an issue cashing out laundry soap9. So I cash put leave. Start driving back home when I glance at my receipt. Dammit! This store has overcharged me again. That's the third time. Now I have to turn around go back to the store and check the product and ask for a Super Refund. In NYS a Super Refund is when a store overcharges you at the register you have to take your receipt and go to customer service. The store then is required to issue the customer a refund in the same kind of payment 5x the amount but no tighter then $10.00. That folks is the law. So anyways im pretty upset I walk back into the store and who's standing right there in the front by the door is the same strange woman who was next to when I cashed out. So I walk up to her and proceed to tell her how much I dislike that store. There's always an issue there. I ask her verbatim " Can you walk with to the back to check the cost of the product I bought and was overcharged" and verbatim she says " No I'm not walking anywhere with you, how rude you are" I'll just check it from here where I'm standing' so she proceeds to use her hand held device. Now I'm really upset because not only because I overcharged but a store employee downright refused to assist me that was just standing there. The fact that I was asking her to examine the shelf price visually went right over her head. So I tell her im walking back myself. Do you know she had the audacity to ask for hardlines(security) . Wow.! Where do you find people this low? Ok so I walk to the back yep the product states the price I thought and I was going to take a picture which I could have posted for this review but instead searched for another employee who was all..... the way in electronics. So he nicely comes with me because now keep in mind the woman I exchanged words with twice said no. Ok so the man and I start walking to the front of the store and I ask him who the manager is for this store. He tells me her name is Jada. I said ok so we get to the front and I ask him if he sees her. Guess who the Manager is??? The very same woman that said no ! She's standing nicely behind the customer service counter while the security ( you know Rambo what's a be) is standing up there as well. He didn't look at me or say a word. I was in utter shock. Apparently some moron decided to hire this Woman Jada ( says Jay on her shirt) who is 100% clueless on what Customer Service means. See in order to be a Manager you have to fundamentally comprehend the phrase Customer Service. Kind of like when an officer takes an oath " to protect an serve" anyways she doesn't. So my impression is that there is something mentally wrong with this woman. So anyways we both go to the counter he verifies the pricing and I get my Super Refund by Jada. What an a*** She could have just done that originally instead of upsetting the customer with her unprofessional, unethical manner. What next Corporate Target?? Are you hiring murderers from cells? It's obvious that you hired from the ghetto which was displayed to me point blank. Buffalo really needs a good quality high end store. Sorry this store doesn't cut it with me if your bring in The Hood.

Definitely the worst target I've been too and this is after their enormous remodel. First thing I stopped into the women's room and turned right back around as there was literal urine covering each and every stall toilet and floor. Then after exiting the bathrooms there were zero carts to grab - and it's never that busy to not have any carts available. They didn't have to item we stopped In for so we just left.

people are very rude that work there and the people who work there follow you around the store like your going to steal something it's in a bad neighborhood I rather go to Walmart any day where you get treated with respect and they don't follow you around like racist like you're going to try to steal something.
