Wonderful experience, I would recommend this store over any other. I suggest everyone who goes in or calls in, asks for Paul A. His customer service skills and professional approach were absolutely amazing. Very helpful and trustable. Go see Paul if you want a professional outlook and opinion. Love my new iPhone.

Incompetent employees that do NOT care about Customers. I went here to have a ZAGG screen protector installed on My $1200 Galaxy Ultra that was already in a Otterbox case and came out with a screen protector Incorrectly installed as well as My $1200 phone Now has a SCRATCH on the side of it.I will NEVER set foot in that store ever again!?

Came in today because my phone screen died and I figured I was due for an upgrade anyway. Usually these things are a drag, but we were super impressed by what turned out to be the most pleasant phone buying experience we had ever had! Paul was extremely patient with us, and we managed a few laughs along the way. All in all, 11 out of 10 stars.

Needed assistance with an order I placed through this store. Received zero help. Would suggest going to a different store if you still decide to stay with Sprint.

I had a problem with Sprint service and tried to resolve the issue at a store in Orlando FL. It took a phone call to this location and their creative problem solving to resolve the issue. If it wasn't for the professionalism, service, and the rep going above and beyond, Sprint would've lost me as a customer that day.

Just horrible, was told i had a wait time to be seen of 10 minutes 40 minutes later i just ended up leaving, apparently having employees make the store look pretty is more important then taking care of loyal customers and making a sale.

I'll be honest with you the music in the store is loud and obnoxious and when you already have a phone problem it just adds to the frustration. But the service reps seem to really try to assist the customer in whatever way possible

This is by far THE WORSE Sprint store ever. I don't have their service but a friend of mine do. I've been there a few times with people and there's always about a 45 minute weight for assistance. But for my most recent visit we went there to get my friend a new line of service so they can be taken off of a family plan. The process was started over the phone so phone customer service said all you have to do is go to the store, trade in your phone, and get your new line of service fully activated. Since the previous phone was a lease from the family plan, they would have to return it to the store, but would be able to upgrade with no upfront charge. The process at the store should have been super easy, except it was everything but. As soon as we walked on the store and explained the situation, the first they they tried to do was sell us the iphone 11 pro. We explained that's not what we wanted but they continued to push it on us. Even went to the back and out it on the counter giving us the price as if we agreed to purchasing it. We was asking about changing phones and they said you own the phone, your fine. Not explaining that they charged the previous family plan they was on an extra $200 for this same phone customer service said needed to be returned. Instead of just selling us a phone with no initial charge, they either wanted to charge the other plan, or make us pay $470 for a trade in. Overall, they were extremely unhelpful. After being there for 45 minute we still had to go to the Sprint location on Niagara Falls Blvd to get everything straightened out. Luckily that location was focused more on helping you than making commissions.
