I was in the store recently. As a client who is unable to tolerate mask wearing do to prior trauma I cannot wear one and kept my distance from other patrons and staff. As is the NYS mandate only those able to tolerate a mask are required to wear one. As I was aggressively attacked by a male employee and tried to explain ,I was loudly berated in front of of other clients. I explained i would put one on to check put but that wasn't good enough. I will never go back. Its a shame . The female staff there is great ,but the one guy is a complete jerk with zero people skills.

I always have great service at this sephora. I really like the way it operates with its covid restrictions too!

Came all the way here for Fenty Skin and they were not open because it was snowing outside. Snow in Buffalo is common. If everyone else woke up and made their way here, then you could have too. And if it was that serious you could have notified the customers that you will not be open today.

I use their products. I like their products. The only disappointment was the gift card redemption policy. My son bought me a gift card from Sephoria in JC Penney and I couldn't use that card here. I had to leave the items and go to a jcp sephora.

A very nice woman was helping me and a rude employee interrupted us and said that we had “tapped out” on samples because we each had three. I had two samples and my friend had one. I will not be going to this establishment again. I suggest this lady be fired.

Got a makeover and it was great. I let my make up artist do whatever she wanted, and asked for natural products, lighter products [I'm very sensitive and break out in pimples/rashes easily] she did such a great job.

I can’t believe the lack of quality customer service at this store. I walked away from a multiple item purchase because the staff refused to exchange a foundation they saw I had purchased a few days prior from a Sephora at JCPenney for a different foundation that they could see in my purchase history.

I love make up and love both companies but I prefer Sephora over Ulta when literally going to the store. More personable and less overwhelming.

Went here today and the store manager Maria was extremely rude. When I asked her to help me figure out which product was best for my skin tone, she kept on saying things like, "I don't know," "do your own research," "I have other things to do," "I am store manager here. I don't have time for this." Don't waste your time going here unless you know exactly what product and shade you want I guess. Otherwise, good luck searching through their thousands of products. Overall, horrible experience especially from a store manager.
