Jessyca Batcho of Niagara National Insurance is the insurance broker for all our business insurance lines. The amount of insurance a business needs in NYS is overwhelming, and expensive. Jessyca not only shops different carriers for us to make sure we are paying the lowest rates, but she also picks up the pieces when we can't keep it all straight.
What I mean by that is when we miss payments, audits, ect, Jessyca swoops in and saves us. She advocates on our behalf to the carriers and takes time to meet with us to make sure we take the necessary steps that businesses have to take in order maintain rates and compliance.
We feel security in working with Jessyca and recommend her service to everyone, every time. We cannot express our gratitude enough for the outstanding service we have and continue to receive from Jessyca Batcho. She is our FOREVER insurance girl!

Jessyca has been a godsend! My business is very niche & I fell into the hands of an insurance provider who capitalize on my industry under a DBA. I didn't realize thst at the time & my agent was a total yes man. He didn't explain to me what is actually needed or not & just gave me what I asked for without taking the time to make sure it was even right for me. My tipping point was when I saw them advertise "insurance is insurance is insurance". I wanted to scream.
Then along comes Jessyca. She took the time to hear me ramble about every possible aspect of my business that I could think of that I may want to protect. Not only did she find me much better rates, but she also found me industy specific things I didn't even know existed (& that my "industy specific insurance company" certainly never offered!) & so I'm getting so much more for a lot less!
Naturally I had her look at my personal auto & she's saving me $2,400/year!! I haven't seen my auto insurance this low ever.
What's special about her is not only that she's a broker & can shop around for you, but she takes a personal interest in you & your business. That allows her to find What's best for you & not What's best for her paycheck. AND, she's realistic - she flat out told me that we can always adjust whenever it's needed. Not one insurance agent has ever mentioned that to me; it's always been, "well, we can look at it when it's up for renewal".
There's nothing like feeling heard & understood by someone, especially when they handle something that's so important & is something that is definitely not in your own zone of genius. Thank you, Jessyca!!!!

Jessyca Batcho is a rock star for insurance! Her knowledge of the industry is extremely amazing. I was very impressed with the fact that she listened to my concerns in regards to my insurance needs with having a business. You always want to be protected. She definitely made sure that my concerns were addressed . Her kindness and caring, amazed me. I have never had an agent reach out to me months later to see how everything was. I’m very comfortable referring my colleagues to her!

Love this place. Steve Smalter & Marcy Wascow are my contact people. I've followed Steve from another company decades ago when I lived & worked in Buffalo. I now live in Jamestown and work in Bemus Point. Met Marcy through working with Steve at Niagara National Insurance. They always have my best interests in mind whenever I call to insure the various things my wife and I have purchased. Whether it be cars or motorcycles over the years or the recent purchase of our forever home. I call Marcy or Steve to get my various options for insurance. If you're tired of being treated bad by your insurance agent, I would suggest that you call Niagara National.
