Do NOT use M&T Bank!!! My 97 year old WWII veteran father has been a loyal customer for decades. His bank card was recently stolen and the thief took $20K!!! No M&T claims that they won't replace the $ because every transaction was considered "authorized" due to the fact that it used his debit card. M&T did NOTHING to secure his account and never shut it down when the system saw unauthorized transactions! Now my 96 yr old dad on a fixed income is out $20K! If he didn't have another account, he'd be on the streets!!! These people are the worst!!! Never use M&T Bank!

I have never had a problem with this bank.Not inside or outside at the ATM's . It's nice inside.Employees are nice. The ATM 's outside always work , which is a rarity for most places. It has never been super busy & made me wait a long time while inside.

I would Give them a Zero Star Review If that Was Possible, my wallet Was Stolen From My Vehicle a Week Ago and I needed Cash to Purchase a New Phone. The White Lady that was at the Counter Was Not understanding My Situation, she Continuously Looks at her Co worker Repeating The Amount I want taken Out. That is Money I needed, she Had no Right to Keep repeating The Money Amount I needed, She goes on to Check my School ID for Verification, And Accused me of Being a Different Person!! I feel Racially Discriminated, And At that Point I just Said If it cannot Be Done Can You just Say So, As Much As i Need a New Phone For School.. I did not want to Listen to Her Shame Me For Trying to Take out MY Money. do Better.

Kay shapiro She was very rude employees i ever seen in my life .. i go some deposit small amounts .i give my bank card , state id .. still she ask my social .. if I deposit 5k or more so she can ask I understand .but small amounts deposit she need my social after i give my bank card and state id … ??? I ask her why u need social .she tell me she need .she was very rude .unprofessional …i don’t understand how bank hire that kind of Employees …?? Im going close my account or i never go this branch again ..

I picked this location because it was open on Saturday and my usually one was not. I made an appointment online with Carlos for 10:30 AM. When I arrived they told me Carlos was not working today. I don’t know why I would be able to schedule an appointment with someone who isn’t working. I had to wait 45 minutes before someone else could see me.

I have had an account for years......got hacked last week and someone tried to withdraw 30K from my account but only got 10. When I asked Andrew (deleware and hertel branch) the assistant manager what exactly the fraud department even does he said "well you know sir it is the customer's responsibility to watch their account" as if it was my fault his fraud department did not do their job. I did catch it. That is why I was there. Needless to say I will not be keeping my money here any longer.

Wow, just wow.. new worker didn't know what she was doing... instead of my money back she hands me a deposit slip... also had to ask for my license back... didn't even apologize, new meaning for stupid
