He’s also been known to scrape NY inspection stickers when people refuse his estimate and want a second opinion. He also despises the people of Buffalo while accepting their business. Go elsewhere. I put one star but in reality it they don't even deserve that, took my car in for inspection and was told a few things needed to be replaced to pass inspection.i asked if they can get the repairs done and was told to take it somewhere else for the repairs and bring it back afterwards ? big waste of time

I would not send any body there. The owner is rude, he tried to intimidate my wife by driving our car like a mad man down busy streets telling her his job was good. It wasn't. I googled this guy- he went to jail for hate crime. Hate crime against my people.This is not a good person. I took my car somewhere else and no problem. fixed issue . I give zero.

Because of the customer service I received today I had to warn other customers about this place. I was told by a current employee that the new boss cheats customers out of money and I know he's not lying because it happened to me with this same mechanic. I've been a customer for years and I stopped going because of that experience but the atmosphere is toxic the new boss is rude and so non professional he didn't even acknowledge me and because of how he is other mechanics in the shop didn't want to work on my car because they didn't want to get yelled at I'm like what...but because of my needs I said I'll deal with it but then reality set in and I didn't want such a negative person touching my car so I left...it's only 3 mechanics so under the new management it's not good customer service just go somewhere else save yourself from being ripped off and disrespected

Owner was very rude to my wife and kid, even after stating that I know his family member. Swore curse words at them refused to do the service, belittled him for not having a better vehicle, I guess we all don't own a midas shop like you. Never use this service station even if it's the last place in buffalo.Service: General repairs & maintenance

These guys will help if it’s an old American car that’s easy to work on, but as soon as you pop up with a Volkswagen, they’ll tell you to get a “grease monkey Puerto Rican from down the street” to do the labor. Lost my business, after trying to support a business that helped my girlfriend with her old car numerous times. Would rather spend my money on a less condescending group of guys.Service: General repairs & maintenance

The service was great. The guys are friendly. They worked on my truck to get it in and out as soon as they could. I heard noises and when he took the tire off to check, my 4 wheel drive shaft fell of. They had to order the part from Rochester, got it fixed and back to me the same day. I won't go anywhere else.Services: Tire rotations

I always call and ask if I can bring my car in same day and they have always said yes. Idk if im incredibly lucky or if they're that accommodating but it's awesome. I deliver things so I'm in my car 7 days a week so it always needs something done to it and they do a great job as far as I can tell
